Lee, have you seen Margulis since we came back from the mission? He was supposed to show for my tea house's opening but I never saw him. He's not the type to flake out and he would've messaged me if he couldn't make it.

*From the view behind him Margulis is evidently standing on one of the abandoned buildings in Exsilium, looking out over the city.*

Well...it's been a while, though it seems like it hasn't been long at all from this side of things. I hope this won't become a pattern, getting used to the loss of the Dark Hour was irritating enough once.

And Nakagawa... *There's a pause and a brief flicker of something that might be worry or anticipation on his face before his expression turns calm again.* You neglected to inform me that Pellegri and Uzuki had arrived in Prospero since my first visit here.

 I'm looking for people who can build things. There is a broken down building I want to live in. It's in the outer part of the city. I'll transport you back and forth if it's an issue, and I have stuff I brought back from the last mission. Is that payment enough? Contact me if interested. I don't need to waste my time with idle conversation.

Hello there! I'm planning to make an expedition into the outlands this month and do some rudimentary mapping of the area. If you'd like to join me or have been exploring the area before and would be willing to act as an experienced set of hands during the trip, I'm happy to have you along. Please just make sure to be properly equipped with survival gear and the like. Depending on how much time it takes for everyone to get their kit sorted, I'd like to head out on the 10th and return on the 13th -- Initiative missions permitting, of course.

For anyone who's been to the outlands: have you any suggestions or tips for the rest of us? I hear it's largely empty wasteland, but it never hurts to be prepared for this sort of thing.
