Residence, pay, weapons... 'Tis truly a most perplexing abduction, indeed. Am I to be prodded like some errant pet? Experimented upon, perhaps? Or merely observed? Seems a most foolish squandering of resources, if so.
Yet, here I note mentions of conscription and battle. An irony, truly - though, better than the forced imbibing darkspawn essence... And considerably more agreeable with one's palate, no doubt.
So, tell me... How long am I to be expected to roam? Or must my first order of business be one of rebellion?
[This is where it switches from audio to video and the appearance of a displeased Morrigan, complete with staff on back, for those who know a little about mages from Thedas. The yellow eyes might be a little odd, even for those who do, of course.]

Oh, I'm not so certain it's better than the Darkspawn.

Most things are... Though, I could think of some exceptions.

Nice look. Tim Burton would be... Well, actually, probably a little frightened, but hey, it's about time someone did that.

And I should, of course, take advice on my appearance from a man who has taken to hosting candlelight in his chest.
Video:
Well, you see, my fashion statement is both helpful and romantic, as opposed to frightening and voodoo-y, so yeah, you probably should. [ aka 'my bling is better than your bling ]

lovedisbelief and laughter.]I shall have to add 'entertainment' to my list of provisions, clearly.

This is clearly a trap, so he'll just ignore ... that ... urge.]
I'm sure that any sort of demon looking to appeal to your sentimental soul would've chosen a better disguise -- yes, it's me.

Most of the people you will contact through these are like you - plucked from our homes to fuel the Initiative's army. We are to go back in time and right the wrongs in the past to restore this dying world to a better future.
Re: Video;
And how is our loyalty meant to be secured? Perhaps their opposition will brave a better offer...
Re: Video;
They might kill you if they cannot control you. They were here near the beginning and they would trap us and insert markers on us. They were also like machines than humans, all thinking a like and moving as one. And even if you manage to defeat one set of their warriors, the second set will know how you did it and how to stop you from doing it again.
No. The United Earth is no friend of us transports.

So they truly do wish to bring most of Thedas.
I wonder if they're expecting something we have yet to be informed of, which I suppose would not be anything out of the norm.
[like darkspawn
or a blight
because all these grey wardens and friends of grey wardens are showing up.]

Anora...
[How to proceed? How to proceed? How to proceed?]
This entire mess is starting to feel like a rather unsavoury retread of history. One I do not care to repeat... The first time was bad enough.

Good luck with the rebellion, though. Lots of talk, very little action on this front.

More like turning invisible, I guess, but same general idea. Hell if I can remember what they called it, but the explanation they gave was something to do with us messing with time.
Go figure. [He's all too glad to talk her ear off.]
