Audio/Video:

Residence, pay, weapons... 'Tis truly a most perplexing abduction, indeed. Am I to be prodded like some errant pet? Experimented upon, perhaps? Or merely observed? Seems a most foolish squandering of resources, if so.

Yet, here I note mentions of conscription and battle. An irony, truly - though, better than the forced imbibing darkspawn essence... And considerably more agreeable with one's palate, no doubt.

So, tell me... How long am I to be expected to roam? Or must my first order of business be one of rebellion?

[This is where it switches from audio to video and the appearance of a displeased Morrigan, complete with staff on back, for those who know a little about mages from Thedas. The yellow eyes might be a little odd, even for those who do, of course.]

They drugged the food a while ago, trying to get us to be more cooperative. It might've worked, too, if they hadn't gotten caught.

More like turning invisible, I guess, but same general idea. Hell if I can remember what they called it, but the explanation they gave was something to do with us messing with time.

Go figure. [He's all too glad to talk her ear off.]

[If only he ever left the Normandy, he'd know. 8(]

Nah, nothing like that. These were two separate incidents of them messing with us.

The food stuff was them poisoning it with... I dunno, some kind of drugs to make us a little more open to coercion. Side effects including obnoxious nightmares and a healthy dose of brain washing.

The invisibility stuff they blamed on time shenanigans, I guess. Some kind of temporal disturbance, I think? Anyway, there were other side effects besides the invisibility. People fainting, aging up or down... Which, by the way? Pretty awkward to experience.

Sure, that would've been the smart thing to do. I haven't seen a whole lot of evidence that they have any idea what they're doing. They also like to dump back responsibility for weird happenstances on rogue groups within the organization, so there is that.

Definitely. Try telling that to them, though. You're lucky if you can get two words out of them most days.
