[It's early Wednesday morning when a new video message turns up on the network. The nun seems to have none of her usual energy and the bags under her eyes are fairly pronounced. Flynn and Fluffy have likely put up with her pacing almost incessantly since dinner time last night, and even now she fidgets in her seat, fingers playing with an ornamental looking watch hanging at her neck.]

Has anyone seen Chrono? Short, grumpy, purple hair. He's usually with me.

... He might have been in some kind of fight, so I'll take anything. Or anyone to help me look.

[she frowns a little; if it were anyone else she wouldn't really care, but she rarely saw the two of them apart]

Yeah! A deep purple, with a yellow bow at the end.

[Kevin is currently hiding chilling in his complimentary screened-off cot. His first week in Exsilium has been nothing but traumatizing, and, for the sake of his own sanity, he is quite determined to avoid kings of hell, fallen nuns, Mister Break and sapphists for the next couple of days or so.

Now, at last, he hopes to achieve some sort of tranquility, with nothing but tea and the complete works of the Brontë sisters to keep him company. Thank heavens for well-supplied libraries.]

[It had taken some hunting and some asking around, but a frazzled Rosette is not to be messed with lightly. It's near the afternoon when both the angel's hope and determination are interrupted by banging on the door to his temporary housing.]

[WELL YOU JUST MADE HER WORRIED. She'll just go on ahead and see if she can find him herself, hoping it's a false alarm and finding it not to be. Her voice is tired, with an underlying worry.]

No! I... wasn't there. I was at work. I know it sounds crazy, but I know something happened around noon.

[When the video feed cuts in, she is... out in the wasteland with a few people, actually. The weariness and anxiety on her face is almost masked by the simple relief of directed action.]

Nothing yet... We're trying a few more places around the outside of the city. But no one's sensed anything yet.
