Video | BACKDATED to early the 11th

[It's early Wednesday morning when a new video message turns up on the network. The nun seems to have none of her usual energy and the bags under her eyes are fairly pronounced. Flynn and Fluffy have likely put up with her pacing almost incessantly since dinner time last night, and even now she fidgets in her seat, fingers playing with an ornamental looking watch hanging at her neck.]

Has anyone seen Chrono? Short, grumpy, purple hair. He's usually with me.

... He might have been in some kind of fight, so I'll take anything. Or anyone to help me look.

[There's a longer look, where her expression is clearly I WILL KICK YOU TOO. But for now, she lets it go with a huff.]

Assuming they're in the same place... which I'm going to do, we may need to start gathering information on what's outside of the city..

[She leans back against the couch and tries to think.]

It's mostly just a lot of barren land. I don't know what's out there. There's the UE beyond it but... if they're there, getting them out isn't going to be easy. Probably the only way we'd stand a chance is if we all went in together. We should check around the outer areas first though before we do something stupid.

[She's curious though. Rosette definitely has some bond with Chrono if she 'knew' what was going on with him.]

I won't ask how or any of that but can you sense Chrono at all now?

Yeah. I don't know what the intel is like with the group we're working with.. but we can check with them too if we can find an officer.

But yeah, we should get supplies for a scouting mission outside. Do they have cars here?

[She nods, a little relieved at the discretion. Her expression is resolved as she continues, firm in her belief.]

He's alive. I know that much for sure.

I haven't seen any cars but I know a few people have motorcycles. Can you drive one though...?

[Supplies for a trip. Right. They can do this. Talking with Rosette is clearing some of the doubt in her heart, too.]

But... either way, if Chrono's alive, I'm sure the others are fine too. I can be ready whenever we get our stuff together. Whoever took them seriously didn't understand who they were messing with.

It can't be that much harder than a car, can it?

[Little by little, during this, Rosette's posture had straightened again, taking comfort in action, any action.]

Mmm! I'll start working on finding guides too. We can probably have a real reconnaissance group set up fast too.

[And at the last, she nods, finally breaking into a grin.] They'll wish they never even THOUGHT about it when we're done.

[Kido is the same. It doesn't matter if the plan was to drive into the UE. As long as they've got something, she can drag herself out of this depression. But explore first, see if they can fine them and if not, well.

Their idiots are counting on them. They have to do something.]

Got it. I'll gather what I can. Contact me when we're going in. I don't know about you but I think I'll feel a lot better once I punch someone over this mess.

[She nods in confirmation to the request.] Keep your tablet on you.

We'll need food, and a map if there are any. We can at least mark of places we've searched.

I can get us food. I don't know about a map though. We never got around to exploring outside the city much. Someone's bound to have one though. And if they don't, well, we'll make our own as we go.

That's a good idea. You never know if we might need it later too.
