[It's early Wednesday morning when a new video message turns up on the network. The nun seems to have none of her usual energy and the bags under her eyes are fairly pronounced. Flynn and Fluffy have likely put up with her pacing almost incessantly since dinner time last night, and even now she fidgets in her seat, fingers playing with an ornamental looking watch hanging at her neck.]

Has anyone seen Chrono? Short, grumpy, purple hair. He's usually with me.

... He might have been in some kind of fight, so I'll take anything. Or anyone to help me look.

[Kevin is currently ~~hiding~~ chilling in his complimentary screened-off cot. His first week in Exsilium has been nothing but traumatizing, and, for the sake of his own sanity, he is quite determined to avoid kings of hell, fallen nuns, Mister Break and sapphists for the next couple of days or so.

Now, at last, he hopes to achieve some sort of tranquility, with nothing but tea and the complete works of the Brontë sisters to keep him company. Thank heavens for well-supplied libraries.]

what's going on around here? people are going missing and acting weird. chrono now too? did he say anything? damn it.

[You can thank General Cross for bringing this to her attention, something she otherwise would have missed until well past its urgency, too intent on her own to notice this whole other world still moving without her.]

When was the last you saw him? And do you still need help to search?

Doesn't seem like him to up and vanish like that. I'll keep an eye out for him.

[No teasing from Yuri today, he's concerned that Chrono's disappeared, too.]
