I realize because of our actions while we were stuck on the moonbase that we've changed things here on Earth, but just because the environment in Exsilium is different I think the chances are pretty high that the United Earth will come after us again now that we're back on the planet. And as far as I know we don't actually have any reliable means of uncovering any plots against us. There's no telling when and how they'll strike, and even if there was... do we even have any plans ourselves on how to deal with it? Unless we have advance warning and several days to move people back up to the moon I haven't heard about any ways to protect the Transports from the United Earth.
Besides that, I can't be the only one that would like to think of a defense plan that would protect the citizens of Exsilium as well.

The timeline might be changed, but the fact remains that Exsilium isn't under the United Earth's direct control, and it's not in our best interest to make the assumption that they'll definitely continue to leave this place alone.

For as long as a large percentage of the Exiles are relatively secure and satisfied with their lives here, I can almost guarantee the UE won't burn the resources to attack them. Why bother, when so far as the UE knows Exsilium bears no threat to them? And it's hardly as if they couldn't roll in and demand a tithe of whatever's being produced here if they started to care. It's easier for the UE to steal resources than it is for them to destroy things wholesale right now. So the best thing we can do is avoid looking like either a threat or a resource to be mined

I realize that any resources we gather and even minor defenses we build could also disappear just as quickly with world changes, but so far the Transports haven't seemed to have any problems retaining our memories despite alterations in time. If nothing else brainstorming possible ideas, even if we don't act on them at the moment, can't hurt. We don't necessarily have to act on anything now, though I'm still of the opinion that something besides just planning should be done, but the further in advance we're prepared the better off we are.

By all means, figure out an evacuation plan to pull our ass out of the fire. But keep in mind any heat we could potentially be in would be a fire we'd started ourselves

But I'll still keep in mind everything you've mentioned though. You're right that we really don't want to bring them down on us if we can avoid it.
Thanks.
