[Sango doesn't waste much time once she gets the feed on.]
A few things.
First... I would like to have some sparring partners and some teachers. While I'm good with my own weapons, it's pretty clear that they're not advanced enough to take on the UE's technology. If someone would be able to show me how to use something more effective, maybe some sort of gun, I'd be grateful and would do something in return. I think other people have already offered, but I'm also open to instructing in swordsmanship and related combat things.
Second, I wanted to say thank you to those of you who have been concerned or helped me out lately, both in arriving here and in... well, recent events. It means a lot.
Third. [She hesitates, wondering how to phrase this.] Say that someone from your world, who's... from later in time, tells you something bad happens in your future. You don't trust the person who says it, but they don't exactly have a good reason to lie about it at this point. What...
[Where is she even going with this? Sango stops abruptly and her frown is nearly palpable on the feed.]
You know what, never mind. Just sparring partners and teachers and thank-yous are all, I guess.

I don't think I'll be any help to you as far as sparring - I use a whip, after all. Not very advanced, comparitively.
[ She hesitates a second, concerned. ]
What ...what were you going to say?
[ Video ]
[Curious, are we?
There wasn't much she didn't say that she was going to, but.]
I... was just going to ask how others would handle that kind of situation.

Except he trusts Dean.]
I can teach you how to use a gun, you don't have to do anything in return.
[he pauses]
Is it one of the people you warned me about?
voice; private
Thank, but I'd want to. It's not a matter of obligation as much as it is that I want to help other people as well.
[She pauses, too. And before she answers, she frowns, noticing how this thread seems to be different from the others.]
Did you do something to the... feed? It looks strange on my tablet.
[She'll be ok once he tells her he put it on private, but she doesn't really want to air this stuff where anyone can see it. Especially since she isn't familiar enough with the tech to have filtered this post from the person she's talking about!]

I am also looking for sparring partners, Veraun. While I have the same problem as you, perhaps we can mutually find a teacher to aid us. At the very least I would like to work on my sword forms.

[She's squinting a little into the video feed.]
I mean... I can't really do much at the moment until my eyes are all the way better, but yes. That sounds good.

As for the other thing... keep what they said in mind. You don't have to trust it, but don't write it off either. Even a habitual liar tells the truth sometimes.
[Audio]
I... yeah. That's pretty much what I'm going to have to do, I think.

Probably to believe a liar, considering it's better to be prepared in my eyes. But it doesn't really matter in this circumstance, does it, since supposedly I won't remember this whole thing back home.

How are you feeling, Sango?
[ As for her question, it gets a pause and a thoughtful frown. ]
Whether or not they speak the truth, it would be best to remain cautious.
video
I've been better. But at least it's all over.
Yes... I'm going to try to remain cautious, but... if it happens back in my world, where I won't remember that it's supposedly going to happen... there's not exactly much to do, is there?

[He pauses a moment before responding to that third thing.]
Riku and I come from the same place. He's told me some stuff that I didn't really wanna hear, and while I can't say I don't trust him, it's a little awkward, since we ah... sorta started out on opposing sides of the fence, if you will. If they've got no reason to lie, you should prolly at least take their words with a grain of salt or two. Better to be prepared for what's possibly to come rather than wind up blindsided 'cuz you didn't wanna believe it; got it memorized?
voice; haha i see what you did there B)
['cause, you know. Giant boomerang.]
Regardless, if you're that curious, I wouldn't have a problem with showing you.
[And then:]
Yes... I mean, it's no good to disregard it completely, no matter what the personal circumstance is. I think I'm going to end up blindsided anyway, though, if it's true that we return home without any memories of this place.
[TBH she'd probably rather not have this hanging over her once she returns home so uh... yeah.]
you have seen me! now you must die. 8|
but then axel can't see kirara fly!!
this is true. :|a all right, proceed.

As for #3, consider if it's worth obsessing over. Whatever they say might be true, but it's also going to happen and not be changed 'cause you're here. Well... for as long as we can't safely control when people go back home. I think you'd be able to remember then, and change things, but changing the future by changing the past is dangerous, if that's not already obvious.
( she's sorry for making you use the text to voice function, Sango. 8( )

I mean... [Is death worth obsessing over? Kind of.] I know I need to take what was said with a grain of salt, because only one side isn't the whole story. If it is changed because of my presence here, then it is. If I don't end up remembering Exsilium, well--then it won't be. I guess that is really the question, isn't it?
In the mean time, I guess I'll just do my best here... because you're right, my biggest chance of remembering this and trying to stop it is being sent home on purpose, isn't it?

I have little experience with guns....but I would be happy to spar with you, Sango.
[She pauses, thinking about how to phrase the next part.]
Do you believe that there is a way to verify what was said?
no subject
Sparring would be great in a few days, yes.
[At the second part, she pauses.] I have nothing but one person's word to go one, with various arguments about whether or not to believe it. And about whether or not believing it actually matters.
