[There's a pause before the feed continues, as if the person sending it pressed post too soon and is struggling with figuring out how to continue.]
jhb786hr Information is required. Machine that hauled us here, these missions, these weapons, or anything of relevance.
Insentient weapons; where can they be found.
How many have been brought here, how many none civilians.

video | private -> action;
When the time has come for Dean to show up, he's leaning against a wall, merging with it inconspicuously. He's heart races and he forces himself to calm down; he cannot get emotional. He has to approach this like he would any other job. Until proven, this isn't his son he's meeting. It's a suspicious possible hostile.
He looks at the streets, waiting to spot the familiar silhouette.]
action;
This could be a trap.
He's armed, of course, but the job could have been done better since a gun in the world they live in only gets you so far. That, and he doubts he could ever even begin to think about pulling the trigger for real.
Guess he'll cross that bridge when it rolls around.
He slows down as he approaches, the shadows of the buildings making up the city casting their darkness ahead of him, making it difficult to see. ]
Hey, anyone there? Dad...?
action;
He steps out of the shadows.]
Here. [He gestures for him to follow out of main street and into the opening of a nearby alley. He doesn't need civilians butting in on his tests.]
action;
So he steps after the older Winchester, throwing a cautious glance back before slipping into the shadows. ]
Dad - [ He has no idea what to say though, not yet. ]
Guess I can't just say I'm me, right? [ That'd be too easy. ]
action;
We can do it the easy way, get it outta the way plain and simple.
[He starts with the salt, pouring a generous pile into his hand and sucking it into his mouth in one gulp. His throat burns and dammit he wishes he had some holy water to wash it down. He hands the man in front of him - he cannot allow himself to think of him as Dean - not yet - the salt shaker.]
action;
Happy? [ So what's next? ]
action;
He takes the shaker back, putting it away. He doesn't respond, instead pulling out the silver knife he stole. He rolls up his sleeve and cuts a straight line across his arm. He doesn't so much as flinch, his expression frozen as he passes the knife to the other man.
His other hand grips the bigger knife hidden in his pocket. Giving someone a weapon, even if it's just cutlery, is not something he takes lightly.]
action; DAMN IT I USED TO HAVE A SLICING MY ARM OPEN ICON
A slice over his skin and red blood pools from the new wound...
Nothing supernatural here. ]
Fun. [ He hands the blade back, eyes falling to the wound for a second. ]
Anything else?
action; lmao only in spn man.
To the best of his knowledge, he just tested for everything that could take hold of Dean's body. Which leaves him believing at last that he really is looking at his boy.]
Yes.
[Sentimentality is not something he often indulges in, but after everything...all those tortures, fearing for Dean's life, this strange place and the strange new creatures that inhabit it...he just wants to tell everything and everyone else to go fuck themselves as he pulls his son into his arms.]
action; y u p also ; ~ ;
Dad - [ He can't believe this, wants to but the fact that his dad is right here after years of being gone for good is insane and mind blowing. ]
You're really here, I - [ How do you deal with something like this. ]
action; so many feelings ; ~ ;
I'm here, Dean.
[But that's just luck, he could have just as easily been a demon or a shifter or God knows what and the dread of what Dean was about to do when he saw his face takes hold of him and he backs away to look his son in the eye.]
What the hell were you thinking, suggesting to come to me when you had no way of knowing who I was? Did they drop you on your head when they brought you here?
action; so many feelings AND ALL THE (BAH)!!!
I had to know, dad -- I couldn't just ignore you popping up on the network. [ He wouldn't have been able to let something like this go without checking things out. ]
action; don't you (BAH) at me boy! X-(
[He loves Dean more than anything, he died for him and would do it a hundred times over. But sometimes he could just strangle him.]
action; /ALL THE SILENT (BAH)ING l:<
Also ouch, at least the point from which his dad is became clear. Dean actually winces at that. ]
This place is different. People gone at home show up all the time here. [ Like Jo just did. ] I was bein' careful, and I came prepared. [ He has his gun. ]
action; HE SEES WHAT YOU'RE DOING X-(
[He's not going to lose his kids. He died to avoid that, he'll do anything to avoid that.]
Your brother, where is he?
action: lllll:<<<
He's not... He's not here. He's back home.
action: >__________<
Alone?
[Sam can't be alone; someone has to have their eye on him at all times - Dean has to have an eye on him at all times. He knows damn well what could happen.]
action:
I saw him though, in a different place sometime ago-- before coming here. He was fine. [ That's reassuring, right? ]
action:
[That's not good enough. He has to find a way out of here for Dean. Sam needs Dean. He frowns at the second part.]
A different place? What do you mean, another world like this one?
action:
[ Hesitating. ] Yeah, sorta. A place called Attollo. I, uh... [ Was there for a year, oops. ] There time wouldn't move back home either. Seems to be a common thing with all of these, uh, alternate universes.
action:
Is this a joke. Tell him you're joking Dean.
No? Last chance -- ]
How long have you been jumping from world to world.
[There is an obvious undertone of anger laced in his voice. Anger at the world, at whatever's doing this, and at Dean for being unable to defeat it and go back to his brother.
He puts too much on his shoulders, yes. But Dean never failed him, not once.]
action:
Everything that's happened, it's nothing Dean is proud of. A sigh. ]
For a while. I mean, it's only been this place and the other, before that I was back home. [ He's so tired of it all. But a lot of good has happened too, like now with John. And things with Cas. And seeing Jo again. ]
Everything is okay, you have to trust me, dad. Sam is fine.
action:
We should get out of the street, discuss this in private.
action:
[ Or if it isn't, he'll force the others to leave
yeah right. Dean gestures for his dad to follow. ] This way.action:
How long has it been? [He assumes he doesn't need to clarify. He's a little nervous to think of the time that's passed since...since his passing. But he needs to address the issue.]
