[ He looks tired and slightly less chipper than usual, but that's basically the theme of the week, so no surprises there. Right to business, then! ]

Adrasteius is gone, which means I'll be taking over the Transport Clinic — which I guess can just be shortened to the Clinic, now. [ sigh. :c ] We've got people organizing supply runs, which is great, but we're always open to have a few more volunteered hands around. No training or previous experience required, promise, just let me know if you're interested.

Anyway, I hope everyone caught AI's announcement, about the revival technology getting left behind. Consider this a friendly reminder to try to avoid dying, alright? If there are any accidents, on missions or otherwise, I have a spell to resurrect the recently dead. Not that that means you should start getting reckless, because my supplies for it are limited. If anyone else has a similar ability, now would be a really, really good time to speak up about it.

[ He pauses here, starts to add a smile, and... rubs his hands over his face instead. He mumbles something that sort of sounds like don't even have a medical wing yet, and ends the feed. ]

[He doesn't reply to that last message, though he almost wishes to remind Ashraf that he has no reason to be concerned about him. He wasn't Kirian's sister, after all.

But instead, he manages to make his way down to the west cargo bay, leaning on his cane a little more than usual.]

Very well, here I am.

[ Ashraf is bent over one of the many boxes that've ended up here for medical supplies -- in a simple shirt and jeans today, not robes -- but he straightens at the sound of Kirian's voice. ]

Hey, welcome to the Clinic. [ That's with a small, wry smile and a gesture to the pretty empty cargo hold around them. He steps forward afterward, immediately waving a hand toward Kirian to call up that healing green light. ]

[Kirian is, of course, wearing robes. He looks a little worse for the wear.

He says nothing, but nods at Ashraf, acknowledging the makeshift clinic. He closes his eyes as he is healed, and frowns slightly, straightening.]

I would have healed. There were more pressing matters on hand.

[And he sighs.]

It's actually less than a triffle -- you could say it's worse when you don't ask me to heal you immediately, because my magic doesn't do as well with old wounds.

[ He's close enough now to clap an affectionate hand to Kirian's shoulder, and uses it to call down a blessing as he does. ]

But still, you're welcome. I can't have any of my help feeling any worse than necessary.

[He looks at that hand and frowns slightly. Ashraf was a strange man, the type that seemed...positive despite everything. Kirian understood that, to a point, but he had no desire to go back to the man (boy, really) he once was.

And yet, it's not too bad having people around. He wasn't sure if he would call them friends or not.]
