[Emil still has a lot of doubts about putting himself out there to people he has little business getting involved with and just slightly fewer doubts about the device he's supposed to use, but after a startling run-in with some familiar faces he'd rather not think about again he's a little desperate for people who don't dredge up memories of the worst times of his life. Not to mention, he's still in need of information. So despite how technology tends to bewilder him, Emil sits down and plays with the device and reads instructions until he manages to set up a proper feed. The camera is a little off center and the angle is awkward, but hey - it works.]

Hi, everyone. My name is Emil Castagnier, and I need answers to some questions. First, does anybody recognize the names of Sylvarant or Tethe'alla? Because if so, we come from the same world.

[He's not sure if he should add the next part, but figures it's worth a look.]

Derris-Kharlan, too. I know there are some people from Sylvarant and Tethe'alla here, but I don't know how many.

And second...does anybody know more about the time travel that's done here, and the influences it has on this world? If anyone has more information about the weapons we're given here, I'd like that as well.

[That gets another reaction out of him even if it is a little less pronounced this time, because really Zelos did you have to mention Mithos in particular.]

I don't know. The other one lives there, I know that for sure.

Hmmm...the month I came here, Kratos had me come down to his room which was 701...so it was probably him.

[Emil can't imagine what business Zelos would have with somebody who lived four thousand years ago.]

[What could that have been about? Strange. Kratos could have been asking about the future, but what would he want with...

And it's around this point that Emil remembers that Kratos and Yuan are both around in the present day, Lloyd and his friends know Yuan, and Kratos at least knows Lloyd. Uh-oh. So much for attempting to wave off his earlier recognition.

Well, if he doesn't say any more then maybe nobody will think any more of it. Time for a subject change!]

I live next door. If you'd like to come over sometime, I could make something to eat. I don't think the others in my room would mind.

[Meanwhile he's thinking "wow this kid is suspicious". It's hard to judge if this kid is with the Renegages or Cruxis. He could logically conclude either one, given his reactions to those two being around]

[Until he figures out more, he doesn't trust Emil. But he'll keep up his usual act ]

Oh yeah? You cook, Emil?

Yes, I did. I sometimes helped out at home and when I was traveling my friend took a while to learn how to cook well, so...

Hmm...alright. I'd like to give it a try.

But maybe my place's better than yours. There's things I'd like to know, but well, I don't trust Kratos or Mithos enough not to overhear if he's really your neighbor.

[Emil looks embarrassed. This is why nobody lets him make plans.]
