[On the screen is a blond woman, to all appearances human and doing a not-quite-perfect job hiding the kind of resigned annoyance only seen in those for whom getting hauled across space and time is just a bothersome day at the office. She's instantly recognizable to people from a wide number of related universes—it's Susan Richards, the Invisible Woman, visible for this conversation and wearing a black-and-white version of the Fantastic Four's classic blue uniform with the distinctive "4" logo on the chest. It's been almost two days and there's no sign of her teammates, so it's time to cast a wider net.]
Hello. My name is Susan Richards. I'm going to swallow my pride and assume that doesn't mean anything to most of you. [The necessity of doing so doesn't seem to bother her, even though the idea of not being known on sight is strange. Sue laughs a little, and lets go of her irritation. The only real problem here is that her family isn't, and that's always been a self-correcting state of affairs.]
If it does, however, do me a favor and check in? Avengers, X-Men, SHIELD—I'm not picky. [Sue's already run into two people from home. Maybe there are more. She'll even take villains, if only so she can keep an eye on them.]
Everyone else, nice to meet you. Lovely weather we're having, isn't it?
[OOC: Fourth-walling is okay as long as your character's not going to be a jerk about it. Canon fail post is thisaway.]

The Fantastic Four. You guys sound like you got named like I did. You should have read around a little bit, you know, seen if there was another name in a different newspaper.

[Reed is also responsible for "Mister Fantastic," "Fantasti-Flare gun" and "the Fantasticar."
He should not be allowed to name anything ever again.]
no subject
[ He's about as bad as Batman and Green Arrow, except those guys are fictional, so. ]

[Yeah no she can't defend Reed on this one.]

The four of us were in a spaceship whose radiation shielding failed, and we were bombarded with cosmic radiation. It...changed us. [That's how radiation works, duh.]
no subject
Although that's. That sounds an awful lot like cosmic bullshit. And that's with the knowledge that he's got an electromagnet working as a pacemaker. ]
Seriously. You got super space powers.
no subject
No, it's a radiation-induced mutation, like the Hulk. If anyone has super space powers, it's Galactus and his Heralds. [She says that with a straight face.]

I'm not even gonna ask. So Bruce is also multi-dimensional? That's fun.

[Fox.]

Also, saying "just the Avengers" is basically meaningless where Sue's from.] Who's on the main lineup right now?
[she was an avenger once u no]

Me, Bruce, Cap, Natasha, Clint. Thor.
i forgot sue's last name was richards once. she hasn't been storm since like 1965.
What are the others doing? Carol? Jen? [If they have Hulk, they have She-Hulk, right?]
there's so many things to remember about pretending to be another person
Who're they? Agents?

[What kind of weird timeline are you from, Tony?]

[She gets that the Fantastic Four shtick is a little corny, because Reed, but Ms. Marvel is a perfectly fine name, and She-Hulk is accurate.]

[Look, it all makes perfect sense, okay.]

[She wanted the rest of that lo mein.
And suddenly Sue realizes living with Tony will mean nothing in the kitchen is safe.]

Big family or just a big appetite?

I'm not sure I could cope with more than one of Johnny or Ben.
