[ This lady's looking a little different, for anyone that's spoken with her before. Not any older, but there's a sort of crooked quality to her nose, like it'd been broken and healed some time ago. She's lounging in the Initiative apartments, looking like she's recently made friends with a superiority complex. ]

I want to speak to those of you who have seen a war before. Not the skirmishes that the Initiative sends us on here, but actual war.

And failing that, I'll take anyone that knows magic — and can teach it. That part is important. Don't waste my time if all you can do is cast it.

[ And here she is in an hour, lounging on the couch of the living room of 1001. She's learned her lesson from Thorin about having to actually get up to answer doors, and how annoying that is, so this time the door is ajar. She fully intends to never get up and stop enjoying this wine, ever. ]

[scinlae]

[ She arrives on time as promised, the ajar door bringing a sharp smile to her lips. Good, she will not have to knock. She allows herself inside without any hesitation, closing the door behind herself, and tilts her head. ]

How does it taste? [ The wine, that is. ]

[ She glances over, pleased that her visitor took the cue of the door. She would definitely not have appreciated someone timid enough to knock anyway. ]

It's some of the last batch conjured by my previous teacher. [ She swirls her glass and smiles. ] Naturally, it's flawless.

[scinlae]

[ There is nothing timid about her as she takes a glance over the room. ]

What a powerful person they must have been. [ She can only think of one who could have held such a title, long since vanished from this cage. ] I must admit to being a touch jealous.

[onblackwings]

[ While, admittedly, everyone could stand to be a touch jealous of the kind of abilities Deathwing had, that still isn't something Khisanth wants to hear from a potential teacher. She cocks her head and drops the smile, entirely neglecting to offer wine, or even a seat in one of the chairs across from the couch. ]

He was exceedingly powerful. But I think we're here to discuss what those present can do. Maybe we should start with your abilities, and what you could teach me.

[scinlae]

His power is not what I am jealous of. [ Her arms cross underneath her chest, hair falling over shoulders. ] It is the wine, my lips have been parched an exceptional wine for months, a flawless wine is something they have never tasted.

[ She turns her gaze to her hand, inspecting her nails briefly. ]

As said before, that depends on what you wish to learn; command over the elements? Healing? Command over creatures? Conjuring?

[onblackwings]

[ Oh. Well then. A touch of that smile comes back again, amused. ]

No one has been able to offer me healing yet, and I always seem to have a use for it.

[ She gestures with the hand holding the glass, murmurs a few words in the spidery language of magic in her world, and out of the kitchen comes floating a second wine glass, red wine already poured into it. ]

Let's start there.

It is a much needed skill, especially in times of war.

[ Morgana will not admit to being a brilliant healer, but she can do enough to save herself from death.

Her head turns at the floating glass, ears listening the words leaving the other woman's mouth. What an interesting language, powerful too. She plucks the glass from the air, bringing it to her face to give the wine a quick sniff.

Very well then. [ She takes a sip. ]

And now we discuss what you want in return.

[ She considers, stretching luxuriously. ]

I already offered protection, which you didn't seem interested in. I can also offer stealth, and ears and eyes where ever you'd like them.

[ She cocks a brow at her, curious. Only people with enemies would find any appeal in that, is this human one of those? ]

[scinlae]

[ It would be dreadfully dishonest of her if she said it did not interest her, yet all but one of her enemies are predictable and she has no need to have eyes watch them. ]

Can you discover the Initiative's weakness?

[ For that is her major concern, that is what she wishes most to rip down. ]

[onblackwings]

[ Well, that's a boring enemy to have. But she considers it a few seconds, turns it over in her mind, and nods. ]

If they have one, I'll find it.

[scinlae]

[ It certainly is, but it is the most prominent one. She can do little about Arthur and his ilk while the Initiative still had her in it's cage. ]

It shall do, for a start.

[onblackwings]

[ And the smile is back again. ]

Then when do we start the lessons?

[scinlae]

Whenever you wish.

[onblackwings]

[ An eyebrow raises. ]

Very well then. [ She puts the glass down, hand falling to her lap as her chin lifts. ]

You first must know that healing magic is considered one of the most difficult aspects to master. It will take a lot of time and energy from you.

[ looking not at all put off, if anything she only looks smug. ]

I think you'll find that I'm an excellent student.
