[ This lady's looking a little different, for anyone that's spoken with her before. Not any older, but there's a sort of crooked quality to her nose, like it'd been broken and healed some time ago. She's lounging in the Initiative apartments, looking like she's recently made friends with a superiority complex. ]

I want to speak to those of you who have seen a war before. Not the skirmishes that the Initiative sends us on here, but actual war.

And failing that, I'll take anyone that knows magic — and can teach it. That part is important. Don't waste my time if all you can do is cast it.

But tell me about your missions. Were you alone, or with others?

If we had enough strength we wouldn't have gotten our asses handed to us in the first place. They took down the flarking Devourer of Worlds.

Depended on what needed done. If it was an assassination - myself. If our goal was to take out a number of targets - a group. Suicide runs - as many as I could grab.

[ Only Gamora could say she'd been on suicide runs and lived afterwards. ]

You say suicide runs, but you're still here to talk to me. Maybe I've misunderstood the meaning of the word.

Not going to stand around waiting for someone to kill me when I can kill them all first.

[ Everyone else, on the other hand. ]

[ she's more than good, she's the best there is at what she does. and what she does best isn't very nice. ]

How many have you killed for the title? [ just gonna assume the galaxy is like... an arena or something, yeah that sounds good ]

[gamora]

Not in the habit of keeping track.

What's your weapon of choice?

[gamora]

It's called Godslayer.

[ Gamora reaches out of frame for a second before bringing her sheathed sword into view.

Truth be told she's far better with hand to hand combat than she is fighting with a sword, but the other woman didn't ask about that. ]

That's an ambitious name. Has it earned it?

[gamora]

Wouldn't have named it that if it didn't.

That's a story I'd like to hear.

Not much to say. I work as an assassin, my universe is full up with god-like beings, I killed a few.

[ Which ones is up for debate, but there had to be some field testing involved somehow. ]

Has anyone ever told you you have no talent for tales?

[gamora]

No. Probably because I don't tell them.

It's a pity. There seems to be decent material.

Probably. There's just not much to say about any of it.
