Well, it's not that simple.

Even if we only use the Human sizing schema - the common one among human nations where I'm from - a C28 and C38 are very, very different things.

It's not just the cup size, it's how far around it has to go under them in order to provide sufficient support.

There are seriously people who make a career out of properly measuring that sorta thing.
