it's accompanied by one hand smacking hard against the emblem on the wall before ikki comes stepping into view. as soon as he's fully on camera, his hand closes into a fist, pointer finger jutted outward and it's aimed right at whatever audience he's got watching this. )

Listen up, listen up all you wretched fools! This is a public service announcement! If you'll check out the wall behind me, you'll see a majestic looking emblem! That's mine!
