The one with a Holiday Special; voice

So another month, another batch of poor lost souls that are wondering what did they do to deserve this fate. Kinda sucks huh? At least we're going back down, although apparently we're not in Kansas anymore.

[ Here she takes a moment to take a little breath. ]

I mean, we weren't in Kansas to begin with, but hopefully at least half of you will get the reference, or I'll be a very sad Ella. While we're on introductions though, this is Ella Ellis speaking, Doer of Things, Helper of the Needy, God of Awesome. I also make a mean mac & cheese, by the way.

[ At least she's grown comfortable talking through the tablet? Is that even a good thing? ]

Anyway, I plan to remain in the Moon Base until the twentieth or so, so if anyone around needs something done, let me know. For the new kids that means I can make most things out of thin air, and I'm being rather literal here. For the old folks, well, you either believe me by now or you don't.

[ Ella then proceeds to drum on the tablet's surface for a solid minute. ]

Oh, I almost forgot: How do you guys celebrate Christmas? Hanukkah? The equivalent I'm obviously missing? I thought it would be cool to make pines or seeds to grow and plant them somewhere, but then I realized not everyone might know about it. Then it hit me that me being me, this should probably freak me out in so many levels you don't even know, but if you don't mention the whole religious implications, I sure won't.

Anyway, I'm out of things to say. Stay safe, stay sane, and always wash your hands after using the toilet.

Do you have any idea how hard it is to learn your planet's geography from scratch? I've been trying to work on the countries, not their internal regional divisions.

Actually, I don't think I've ever been to the United States on mission at all, barring Black Rock... what about you, Ella? Is that where you come from?

In my home, we celebrate Christmas with a tree, and a yule log, and gifts and celebrations, and feasting. I am not sure what Kansas is though.

So it's pretty much like how we don't back home, although with less rampaging consumerism in between. Also, I'm pretty sure you were part of the group I knew wouldn't get the reference, so you're in the clear. It's a movie reference by the way.

What is a consumerism? Rampaging sounds dangerous to all around.

Oh, a movie. [Another thing people reference often, that he has limited knowledge of. He's watched a few history documentaries on his tablet, but that's about it, and he tends to think all movies are true stories.] A movie about Christmas?

On Azeroth, we have Winter Veil. [If she doesn't sound super excited about it, it's probably because she hasn't been in much of a holiday mood. Too lost, and worried, and confused without a solid leader to follow. But if someone else is gonna do fun stuff, she could pitch in. It might help her out.] We have pine trees for that too. I imagine it would not be hard to get some, and grow them quickly in the VR Rooms.

I can make the seeds and I know a fairy like person that can grow them. She probably has seeds already, anyway.

Uh, I know Norse mythology? And I know we have a tiny green Loki running around, but that's my, how do you call it, pantheon?

Actually I'm more of a monotheistic world power, if you catch my drift.

Uh, there are a bunch of holidays all over the world. But around December 25th? I guess there are some more I don't know about.

Also I'm not Jewish, so anything I could tell you of Hanukkah is likely to be wrong and stereotyped.
