They are also not entirely trustworthy.

Not to me specifically, no. Though they've tried to poison the transports as a whole before. And at this point, I am nearly fully convinced that their biggest problem may be incompetence.

I keep saying that wrong. It caused hallucinations, people thought they were under attack. I think the intent was to make us more loyal to the Initiative, by playing up our fear of the other side.

Their organization is weak. They're prone to making mistakes. They do not seem to have very tight control over their own people.

The Initiative is unwilling to talk about return, of course. And no one here ever remembers how they were brought in the first place. I assume there is some sort of machine. I've yet to see any physical evidence of one.
