Also, a year on freakin' paradise beach land has left me feelin' all sorts of rusty. Anyone up for a little rough-n-tumble? [ Meaning sparring. But take it as you want, especially since the look he's giving the device speaks of entirely different sort of fun. ] Y'know, of the physical sort.

[ Castiel gives Dean a strange look -- it's the usual one, where he observes the hunter with a lean of his head that is obviously quizzical in nature. But after narrowing his eyes in what must be confusion, something -- whatever it is he's working out in his head -- causes him to frown. ]

[Nathaniel notices the look, he's not that dense, but if the offer is innocent, he might be interested.]

Hand-to-hand combat? It's been a while since I've sparred...

That depends on just how rough you're going to be.

Shaking it like that probably isn't going to help.

Rough-n-tumble, huh? [Shepard grins. That's something she can't just ignore, not really.] It's been awhile for me too. I wouldn't mind.

Either you're asking for a spar, or that's one hell of a way to proposition everyone.

My weapon hasn't changed much, either, now that I think about it. I imagine something like that takes time, though...

[Annnd... squinting at him. She kind of gets the feeling he wants to do more than just spar. WONDER WHY THAT IS. B|] And I'm not one for hand-to-hand combat, sadly.

[ He was new, but several things get his attention. There's a frown at first, voice riddled with skepticism. ] So the weapons they gave us are just - what? Supposed to magically develop?

[ A beat, his gaze cast down to his own handgun, before his attention's back to the screen, brow quirked. ] D'you mean sparring?

[ there's no one in frame at first, before Riku appears, holding his shield. it looks like a plain circular shield, with attachments that are more jagged--his more or less strike up his arm, to protect it further. ]

Yours is fine. It just takes few missions.

[ ... but his attention goes back to Dean's words, and he puts his shielded arm down. ]

A "paradise beach"?

I'd be up for a bit of sparring.

I would not say no to some practice.

I'm always open to sparring practice with others.

You know kids are on this thing right? Might want to throw on parental controls before you get the time-travel equivalent of a red dot.
