So my gun, it's supposed to just…get stronger right? [ Hello network, here's a face you haven't seen in a while. Dean's been trying to learn what this place is all about, but today finds him in the training hall with his beloved .45 caliber Colt. He's shaking the damn thing like its offended him somehow. ] Maybe mine is broken…
[ Hm. Tucking it away, he has another thing to ask. ]
Also, a year on freakin' paradise beach land has left me feelin' all sorts of rusty. Anyone up for a little rough-n-tumble? [ Meaning sparring. But take it as you want, especially since the look he's giving the device speaks of entirely different sort of fun. ] Y'know, of the physical sort.

[ He gestures to the large training hall he's in. ] Here of course. Though, I'm sure you can go for a more...urban environment too, y'know? If you want a more, uh, live fight. [ As in just go throw a punch at someone random. ]

[ There's a flicker of amusement. Yeah, a cop going out and picking fights. No, thank you. It's not that he considered himself terribly moral but nonetheless...
So, briskly: ] I'd go for the 'urban environment', but I'd say that punch is reserved for the face of the one who brought me here. Or whoever aimed their little time machine my way. [ Bitter much?
A slight sigh. ] Mind if I join you then?

Sounds like a plan. Something tells me whoever is behind all of this ain't gonna be an easy sucker to take down though. [ Which is why any kinda training is good, necessary training in his opinion.

[ He might not have gotten an excessive amount of training in - that in between paperwork, processing, and other surprisingly tedious investigation work - but he still had self-defense training, and since he had the chance, why not practice more?
A snort. ] I'm sure we'll find out. [ Though he wasn't one who'd pass up a challenge, really. ] I'll be there in ten?

The training hall is large but Dean'll keep to the space he's claimed for himself since the early morning hours. What with roommates and all, sleeping isn't as much of a luxury as it was back in Attollo. Heck, he'd even say it's crappier going here than it was back in those seedy motel rooms at home.
But instead of verbal complaining, expect his complaints in the form of a thorough sparring session. ]

Staying true to the time estimate he gave, Magnus emerges into the training hall within ten minutes, eyes going around the large area to linger on a recognizable face.
He nears, a nod and a brief tug on his lips that cannot be called a smile by any stretch.
An offered hand. ] Magnus Martinsson. [ Detective Inspector, but that doesn't matter much here, does it? ]

Dean Winchester. [ And since occupations from back home really don't matter here, he won't go into depth about his either. A cop and a hunter never make a good match, after all. ]
You been in here before? S'a crowded place -- more so than right now, usually. Surprised no one get shot around here.
