Video; oo3 [3am]

Um.

[The video feed kicks on at some ungodly hour during the night and finds Isaac- or, more accurately, the faint outline of Isaac. The world around him is dark, but for what it's worth, he seems to be outside. In the snow.

The first thing you'd probably notice is that he isn't dressed for it at all. Isaac is actually pretty much wearing a t-shirt, fabric pajama pants, and has no shoes or socks to speak of. He's drenched, shivering something awful, and seems to be rather in the middle of nowhere.]

I could use a little help. [His teeth chatter as he speaks. Not fun.] Is anyone awake? I just kind of... woke up here a few minutes ago. So, uh- a jacket or a way home would be nice.


[[ooc: Isaac's weapon is sort of in the process of leveling up and as a result, he's sleepwalkin'. Anyone is welcome to find him! c:]]

[For what it's worth, Isaac has spent enough time sealing up his own cuts and bruises in the bathroom to know what he's doing here. His eyes lower as he dabs the disinfectant over the marks, holding Peter's arm steady throughout it and ensuring that the surrounding area is clean. The gauze goes next- not a lot, just a thin layer or two, as it's not deep enough to really make him bleed- and then Isaac tapes it all down carefully.

The bloody cottonballs are still in his hand when he realizes their proximity, and his gaze lifts for a moment to look at Peter. And he wants to- thank him maybe, or apologize again, especially now that he knows that Peter actually got hurt for his troubles.

Isaac's eyes drop after a moment and he wets his lips.]

...it is too freaking early for this. Back to bed?

[werewolfing]

[peter looks up to find that isaac is right there, looking at him like he's got a dozen things to say and zero words to use. he thinks he should say something too, thank isaac for patching up his arm, express some of the relief that's obvious in the slump of his shoulders. instead, he watches isaac's tongue trace the outline of his mouth.

he's too tired to think very hard about anything, so he closes the last few inches of distance and kisses isaac instead.]

[There's a pause there, a definite hesitation before Isaac kisses him back. The movement is soft, almost tentative- a direct contrast to their first kiss, angry and violet up against the tree. He lets it linger for a moment or two before pulling away just slightly, letting his gaze draw back up the other werewolf.

After another moment or so, Isaac silently moves back, turning to throw away the cotton balls and clean up the mess of the first aid kit before turning the sink on to wash his hands.]

...it doesn't look too deep. It should probably heal in a few days- might scar a bit though.

[He talks into the sink almost a full minute after the fact, his hands entirely too soapy for him to really have been paying attention to what he's doig.]

[werewolfing]

[peter doesn't press, pulls back when isaac does and lets him wander over to the sink while peter goes and fishes his pajamas out of the mess of blankets on the bed.]

If they scar I'll just have to make up a good story.

[normal, like nothing just happened between isaac bandaging his arm and going to wash his hands.]

-what, mauled by a werewolf isn't a good story?

[He dries his hands then, moving to take off the rest of the restrictive winter clothing. His pajamas are still a little damp though, and so he starts rummaging around the dresser for another pair.]

[werewolfing]

...you make a good point, although it was more a gentle stabbing than a real mauling.

[once he's changed peter burrows under the blankets, getting himself arranged while babying his arm just a little. usually he still starts out sleeping facing the wall, but to do that he'd have to lay right on the bandage, so he's facing out instead, vaguely watching isaac get ready for bed.]

[freezerburned]

Gentle stabbing. I'll have to remember that.

[He's wearing underwear and it's not like he hasn't stripped down in locker rooms or anything. Isaac doesn't really even note that Peter is watching him when he changes quickly into more viable pajamas, tossing the ones that he was wearing into some form of a dirty laundry pile.

Isaac slides into bed a moment later, stretching a little and tugging at the blankets so they're more comfortable. Honestly, it's been such a night that he's basically going to pass out quickly.]

[werewolfing]

I'd say anytime, but really we're just not gonna do this again, okay?

[peter curls up so that his knees are just touching isaac, his head and shoulders mostly buried in the blankets.]

Night.

[freezerburned]

Okay.

[And that's good enough for him. Isaac finds himself relaxing quickly, shutting his eyes and drifting off to sleep within minutes.]
