[It takes Estelle a little tinkering to get used to the idea of the tablet. But she thinks she sort of gets the idea, managing to open up a video feed.]

Oh! There, it seems like it's working now. [It's almost like seeing Rita working with her blastia research a little....

[She pulls back a little from peering closely at the tablet, smiling almost triumphantly at having figured it out for the most part and giving a small wave.]

Hello everyone! I guess I'm one of the newer arrivals and my name is Estellise. Oh, but you can just call me 'Estelle'. I might not be quite as aware on the situation as others who have been here longer, but I'll help as best I can. War is a terrible thing and I'd like to do my best to prevent it escalating if possible. I've done some fighting back home and I wouldn't like for things to get too out of hand, with children or civilians getting hurt and caught up in this.

[She's worried there, obviously upset at the situation from what she has gathered. It's not quite as dangerous as back home with the threat of the Adephagos, but even so, this is still serious and it seems like they are bringing in a lot of people to help out the Initiative.]

Though I guess all of this might take a bit of....getting used to. This is quite different from Zaphias back home. I can heal, so if there is some sort of clinic or something I'd like to offer my help if I can.

Oh! I'm not sure if there are any books here but I'd still like to hear some stories! I think this is a wonderful chance to learn so much with people from such different places! I've never heard of 'Earth' before I came here so I'd love to hear more about it.

I wanted to also thank everyone that helped me when I first got here too. I think I'm getting used to things here now.

And....I'm sorry if Yuri caused anyone any trouble. It's...not necessarily his fault but trouble sort of seems to follow him sometimes.

[A light, almost sheepish smile. She knows what Yuri can be like at times and even unintentionally how often he ends up in the middle of things.]

I think they'll be the most important because there's not much we can do with conditions like this. These conditions require more resources, rather than less.

More resources. More weapons to fight against theirs. Doesn't that only escalate things when they want to do so to protect themselves as well?

Are you really suggesting that we should try to help this world with less resources because they might get defensive?

I don't know. Would that not be at least a concern for the Initiative? I'm not an expert though, I admit that. I guess Yuri or Flynn might be better to talk about the fighting and tactics with. I just hope things can calm down without too many people getting hurt or killed. Especially the civilians.

I'm all for people not being hurt, but there's no use having a bow without a quiver full of arrows.

I know it is probably inevitable that people will get hurt or killed in fighting a war. But even so, I can't help hoping for things to end more peacefully if possible. Though I have the feeling it seems too late for that in this case.

Once you have a mostly AI overlord, you're screwed.

Generally? Have you had something like this happen before? I'm not sure about AI and a lot of things here myself. We didn't have this sort of thing back home, really.

That's amazing! And they pay you to do that, if that's your job? I don't think we had any superheroes like that back home. Or, at least, they didn't call themselves superheroes.

Some people get paid. I don't. But I don't really need it.

I guess you must have another job as well then? But that does sound exciting! Helping people like that for a living.

Not quite, I got lucky in other ways. But yeah, it's pretty much the best.

I imagine it would be! Gald isn't really something I had to worry about until I left the castle so I understand that can be a concern for some people. It can be a barrier in helping others so I'm glad that wasn't the case for you back home. What about here?

... I'm lacking a little in funds, but I've got a very clever friend who's helping us all out. I'm still working on it.

Still looking to help, though. Money can't buy me love. Or curb my incessant superheroing.

Oh, but that is wonderful that you are able to help people and keep being a superhero here. I wish I could. I mean, I can help by healing, but I'm not sure if that is quite the same thing.

That'd help. Plus, what you said at the beginning of all this? It got my attention. It's why I started speaking to you in the first place. If you like helping, that's all you need.

You're sure? I don't know if people need to have studied or anything like that. That's why I figure it's best to ask. From what I'm told though they seem eager for more help at the clinic!

Heroes come in all shapes and sizes. But I know most of the teams back home have a healer or five.

The clinic is probably an organized way of doing it, though.

I figured. A healer can always be an asset. Especially a group of them! I'm just glad to have some way to help, even here.

And honestly, it's a relief to know there are so many good people here.
