There is something about this world that I still have trouble understanding. Those who are capable of using magic from other worlds are, for the most part, perfectly capable of using it here, with a few exceptions. And yet, the natives of this world don't seem to use magic, themselves. They instead rely upon science, and technology.

Does this mean that magic exists within this world, but humans here are simply not interested in learning more about it, or even attempting to discover it?

I've met Lucy before, but I haven't met anyone else yet. Lucy was very nice though. Do you think it's really possible that I could learn magic? That would be so cool!

Lucy is a Celestial Spirit mage. That form of magic isn't any good without Celestial Keys, and to my understanding, the only Keys that exist in this world are the ones she brought with her.

As for whether or not you can... only a small minority of people in my world are capable of it. Only about ten percent of the entire human population. Of course, that may not be the case in other worlds.

Oh, I see. Well, I have powers. I just thought it would be cool to be able to do magic, too.
