Okay, now that people have the hang of doing supply runs, question:

We're probably going to still be here through the end of November at least. Anyone up for making some kind of Thanksgiving-like celebration? People can give suggestions for their favorite kinds of foods from home, and if we set some aside from each supply run until then, we might have enough to have something nice for each other to eat and give thanks for. It's not really like the American tradition, but like... I don't know, I had fun with this last year with my friends, and I thought it might be nice? Something to look forward to!

We'd need people who can cook, or those who can set up tables, or do dishes, and clean up, and those on supply runs to see if they can handle bringing in a bit extra when they go out.

Anyone else feel up for this?

Yay! Steph's thinking we should get individual people in charge of specific things with set-up, so we'll have something in particular for you to do, probably closer to the date. Which is the 16th! I'll bring you leftovers toward the end of the night, that way.

We can plan to, once we hit spring. Camping out during the winter probably isn't the best plan! Besides, we'll want to know if the geography's changed by the time we're down there again! Though Caesar, that almost sounded like a proposal!

Hopefully it's closer than next year, but I guess we get to wait for a more -- plan like plan for how we nix all the bad stuff, or enough to let people scrape by and keep surviving.

i'd prefer less hope and more certainty. i'm not really sure if anyone is even moving on doing anything yet.

I think we're all pulling in the ideas we can have right now. Acting quick probably won't solve what's been happening, though I wish we did have some clear idea. Then it could be wham! Go in, take care of business, get out!

and try not to ruin the world even more in the fallout.

According to most, then we'd be back where we were before. Not that I think that's good -- or an answer -- but just saying. You won't have to worry about dying like that!
