This place wasn't meant for living on. We can't even go outdoors! It doesn't feel like we're living anymore, merely... surviving.

[Because they should stick together, people from the same worlds. It's a little too much to hope though.]

From what I know of it, it sounds similar to my own world.

Does it? [He cocks his head just a little to the side, curious.]

[she quirks a small smile]

A world that is not just humans, I mean. One with Elves and Dwarves and creatures like myself.

There are worlds with just humans?

[The thought is staggering.]

[He nods, honestly rather bewildered by the idea.]

It...does explain why I have had people questioning me on whether I am a dwarf or not.

I suppose it isn't as clear to some. [He shrugs, though honestly that bothers him a bit. He doesn't want to be mistaken for a Man or Mahal forbid, an Elf!]

[being mistaken for an Elf is just as horrible as being mistaken for a human, says the one who is both.

She sighs]

I suppose it is understandable, if one is not familiar with dwarves . . .

Still seems strange. [He chuckles and shakes his head.]

Mm. Though I admit I've a bit of a bias . . . my people and yours, in my world, have always been on good terms with one another.

[kilimanjaro]

[He smiles a bit at that.] It's not so in my world, unfortunately. But...I've learned elves aren't so bad as I thought.

Mm . . . it is the same in my world, unfortunately. But the Eves here are tolerable. [she smiles a bit as well] It was a bit surprising.

For me too. [His smile is sheepish.] I guess...I just expected elves to act a certain way, and then I met Celebrian.

I understand. I met one named Zevran, and it was quite different from what I expected.

It seemed sort of silly once I realized they're not so different like everyone says. [Kili shrugs.] Why should they be?

I honestly do not know. But then again, we are used to our own worlds.
