I've had as much of this nonsense as I can stand! How are these ever supposed to be livable conditions?! The last place was bad enough, but I doubt any amount of possible improvements could ever make this place even come close to that! YOU DON'T EVEN HAVE REAL BEDS HERE!

[To make his point, he turns to focus on the shot on one of the bunk beds before going back to himself.]

Is there even a point in trying to do anything with this place?! The Initiative has made it more than obvious that their response to a real problem is to run like cowards!

How are we supposed to fix it?! Nothing will change the fact that countless people were left to die while The Initiative ran away! We'll always know it happened!

It was up to us to save them! This whole idea is just like they're trying to act like it never happened! Even if it can bring people back, does that make it any better?!

[Another pause.] Um... I-I don't know! I don't know if it makes what happened to them any better! But I know we can't... We can't leave them like this!

Then we shouldn't have left them to die in the first place!

That's right! We shouldn't ignore it, but the Initiative is acting like they just want to pretend it never happened! How is that going to help anything?!

If it's possible to fix, I'm not opposed to that. But if no one learns anything from this, it's just as bad as doing nothing!
