Maybe in another couple hundred years we'll actually have a ship that can make it to another planet.

Yes? But if the information is guarded too closely I would be pleased to know even the layman's terms or bare theoretics. There is no such technology where I am from.

There is no guarantee, but I will say that despite the fact we do not have the technology, we are not incapable of imagining it.
