Oooooooookay people, after much work and coordination efforts and the fact I can't get anything done ever, I have finally managed to get everything I need in order to throw a proper kickass party. Wide spaces, music, drinks, food, dark corners, lights. The works.

[ A beat. ]

And yes, anyone can come. But because of that I've written down four simple rules you are all expected to follow:


1. You start acting like a stupid drunk, I kick you out.
2. I see anything besides and smokes in your hands, I kick you out.
3. You start a fight, I kick you two (or three) out.
4. I see you trying to take advantage of a drunk teen...well, you know how it goes.

[ Does she make awesome lists or what? ]

Now! We need to decide on a date. This weekend is kind of taken by that Open House thing, so next week? I guess the best way to welcome the newbs is with a party anwyay. For ourselves. So maybe we'll meet them with a hangover! Please measure yourselves.

So! If you are remotely interested in coming, let me know here, so I know if this is going to be an all out party or something more like three people playing Strip Jenga.

Congratulations, you two have been chosen to give me a hand making sure the adults play nice. I don't think anything is going to happen, but can you please please please at least pretend to keep an eye on things?

Look, this place is depressing enough to have people feel terrible about their drunk antics later. Let's keep it legal.

[ She groans. ] No, Jenga is a game where you have to pull bricks out of a tower and if the tower falls, you lose. I don't even know if people actually play the Strip version.

Yes, ma'am. [He will kindly not inform her there probably is a low or unenforced age of consent here, with no central government and all.]

...pulling bricks out of a tower? Well, if there's no version of it with stripping there are plenty of card games that do. We can put it away from children's eyes. [Amused.]

[ Oh she knows, she's just going to appeal to his common sense. And the fact she hasn't kicked anyone's ass in a while. ]

I mean, the basics are the same, but this is a party in a somewhat open space, not a private club sort of thing. If you want to get naked with other people organize your own party, please.

[ Ella is wondering why she didn't deal with this until now. ]

I feel like the bad guy even though I wasn't the first one to mention stripping... Seriously though, I'm joking. There will be no stripping from me.

I'm sure I can pull some dance moves from somewhere, but first things first. [After the stripping has been disallowed.]

The party will be on the 31st, because tomorrow is that Goodman's guy Open House, whatever it is. I kind of signed up with DITR so I have to be there myself, I think.

I'm half considering to have a party each last day of the month, now.

I think you should fully consider it if this one goes well and you have fun.
