Good morning, Exsilium. Your resident legal experts — Sonya Karimov and myself — are curious about those of you who have leadership experience. In the interest of looking toward a brighter future in which we Transports have a self-governing body, we're asking anyone who formerly held a position of command to answer the following questions.

If you're uncomfortable with sharing this information publicly, encrypt your responses or contact one of us directly.

1. What was your position?
Queen of the Inhumans, Kree, and Shi'ar

2. How long did you hold that position?
Since my marriage to Black Bolt, and within a few months before my arrival for the last two.

3. How did you come to power?
Birthright and marriage for the first, the Kree surrendered to our invading force, and by winning a war against the Shi'ar.

4. Briefly, explain to us the government with which you have experience. Is there a written constitution of any kind? What are the laws like? Did you have other officials working under/around you? How many people did you hold authority over?
Monarchy, with occasional orders that bypass even the King's ruling from the Genetic Council. Since our arrival on Hala their influence has waned and the Inhuman royal family rules unopposed. There are only 1,800 Inhumans but both the Kree Empire and the Shi'ar Empire comprise of a vast number of planets - each with varying populations.

5. Are any of your former constituents/subjects in Exsilium as of this moment?
5a. May we have their names?
My sister, Crystal.

6. What do you think is the ideal form of government for Exsilium?
Most here seem to prefer a representative democracy, even if it is ineffective in the long run for wide, sweeping changes.

7. If a committee were to be formed in Exsilium with the intent of eventually creating a Transport-governing body, would you be interested in serving on it?
Of course.

Of course, Goodman. Although you could have simply asked me in person.

["Most here seem to prefer a representative democracy, even if it is ineffective in the long run for wide, sweeping changes."

She sees this.

She can't not say something.]

Regarding your statement on representative democracy: do you have evidence to support this claim?

Only what I have observed. Those who live under such a regime no doubt hold it near and dear to their heart, but a good ruler who listens to their people can make the changes required without dealing with those who would speak against it and have no knowledge of the situation.
