Um- hello! My name is Cheria Barnes, and I've been here for a few months now. I'd meant to do this sooner, but with everything that's happened... Well, it seems like as best a time as any now.

Back home on Ephinea I lead a relief organization to help with the aftereffects of war. We ran food drives, helped with building repairs, gave first aid-- pretty much anything people needed of us that we could help with, you know?

So... I was thinking that I could start something like that up here too. For people that can't fight but still want to help. I thought it would probably be a good way to get the people here to trust us again too... Anyway, if you'd be interested, please let me know!

Um-- how did he say to turn it off again? [The feed is still live for a few minutes before she finally manages to turn it off.]

[There's the sound of a pen scratching against paper near the tablet as she takes down his notes.]

Mm, alright. I think I know someone that can help with technical things. She's a little... Bizarre. But she's good at what she does. Do you know how repairs are going on the hospital? If we can get groups focusing on a few projects and things in their expertise, we should be able to make a lot of progress in a short amount of time.

I know a bunch of the others have been working on it, so they should be making pretty good progress. The staff thinks my armor's too scary for the patients, though, so I haven't seen the details for myself.

[A barely audible sigh.]

That's going to limit us too--we can only get as much done as the Exiles are willing to allow. With things as tense as they are... In some cases it's going to take a lot of negotiation.

Right. I'll try talking to the locals, to see if they'll trust us to rebuild for them. It's not good to have so much tension between us like this. I'll check on the hospital repairs too, and see where they're at on those. [A soft sigh.] I wish I'd been able to get involved sooner than this.

I think we all do, but there's been a lot going on to keep us distracted. The important thing is that you're doing something now, and with any luck we'll be more prepared to protect everyone if an attack like that ever happens again.

Yeah... We'll do our best to get this place back to some semblance of normal. If possible, even in better shape than it was before.
