[the video starts and john watson here comes into view! he looks a bit wary, rather exhausted even like he's running ragged or having a lack of sleep. even more so since he seems a bit busy and preoccupied in his clinic.]

So I realize a few people have gone missing before, now my colleague.. Martin Septim, some of you have been healed or helped by him here in the clinic or talked to him in the library, I can't seem to be able to find him. Or contact him. So I'm assuming he's gone now too.

Does anyone have an idea where they've taken them? Anything at all?

[he pauses, looks to want to add more but decides against it.]

Also something's been bothering me.. I've had a few cases with nightmares coming to the clinic, the dreams are similar to each other enough it doesn't seem like a coincidence. And a few terrified out of their mind about something that, I can't see or seem to understand.

[honestly? it's like the hounds of baskerville all over again.]

I still haven't figured out what exactly is going on, but something is. I'm sorry I can't be much help with that.

[something has to be causing it though. but what? airborne like the H.O.U.N.D incident? no fog that he sees, so some other way.. the doctor shakes his head clearly not figuring it out anytime soon.]

[A few minutes later, Osprey makes his way into the clinic, immediately scanning for any computers.] OK. I've got a compound I'm willing to bet my month's stipend on is the culprit for this. Which box do you want me to dump the info onto?

[John watches closely, gesturing to which to use though curiosity doesn't keep him from asking.]

That one there, where did you find this compound?

[Osprey establishes a connection between his built-in wireless network interface and the computer in question, and in a few seconds has a molecular diagram up on the screen.]

My blood's naniotically enhanced - increased oxygen carrying capacity, protection against hostile nanotech attacks, and broad-spectrum anti-chemical defenses. When people started acting funny, I checked through my internal logfiles and found that this had cropped up right about the same time. I hadn't been notified because it's not a particularly strong hallucinogen - I'd get exposed to worse at parties back home - but cross-checking detection with my schedule indicates introduction via food and water.

[He turns the monitor so Watson can see the screen.]So, can you test for this?

..Right.

[john is giving a confused and odd look because what, though he's obviously seen unusual things-- he simply wasn't expecting that. though.. it's actually good thinking, considering those who have been affected.

he inches a bit closer, mostly listening to him as he explains.]

Food and water? You mean it's being slipped that way?

[well it wasn't airborne, but through water and food wasn't relieving at all.]

I'll see what it can do.

I don't have the equipment to test the food and really prove it, but I'm three 9's of sure, yes.

[Business accomplished, Osprey reviews the conversation and realizes he skipped the pleasantries.] I'm Osprey, by the way. Wish we were meeting under more pleasant circumstances.
