[the video starts and john watson here comes into view! he looks a bit wary, rather exhausted even like he's running ragged or having a lack of sleep. even more so since he seems a bit busy and preoccupied in his clinic.]

So I realize a few people have gone missing before, now my colleague.. Martin Septim, some of you have been healed or helped by him here in the clinic or talked to him in the library, I can't seem to be able to find him. Or contact him. So I'm assuming he's gone now too.

Does anyone have an idea where they've taken them? Anything at all?

[he pauses, looks to want to add more but decides against it.]

Also something's been bothering me.. I've had a few cases with nightmares coming to the clinic, the dreams are similar to each other enough it doesn't seem like a coincidence. And a few terrified out of their mind about something that, I can't see or seem to understand.

[honestly? it's like the hounds of baskerville all over again.]

I still haven't figured out what exactly is going on, but something is. I'm sorry I can't be much help with that.

[something has to be causing it though. but what? airborne like the H.O.U.N.D incident? no fog that he sees, so some other way.. the doctor shakes his head clearly not figuring it out anytime soon.]

[Clearly somewhat distraught and a little disheveled, Anders appears holding Martin's grey kitten Uriel.]

Martin's our flatmate and we haven't seen him anywhere. It's a safe bet he's gone, I suppose, but where? There's nothing for him. He was two hundred years dead in the world he came from.

The nightmares ... have a stronger hold on some of us than others. Do you think he might have done himself some harm, under their influence? There might be others at similar risk.

[ look at him using audio when he's used video every other time he's talked to John on the network. this totally isn't suspicious or anything. ~~you are so smooth, Riku.~~ ]

Think they're getting a little better.

But... [ a moment of hesitation. there's a clink of a mug. ] people've been disappearing?

D --> A very large amount of people have left recently, I have no idea where though, they seem to have just disappeared
D --> As for the nightmares, they are normal for my race but these...

You're medically trained, correct? Do you have the resources to run a tox screen? If you can, we need to meet - I have information I'm not willing to trust to the network here.

Martin hasn't been home in days, not even to feed his new kitten. I've been looking for him, but haven't found anything yet.

[There's a few moments of quiet as Nathaniel ponders how to say the next part; he doesn't want to cause widespread panic.]

Have any of the people that have come to visit you complained of... seeing things, or hearing things? Things that might not be there?

There are more who are experiencing this? Interesting.

I don't really have any answers to that. I remember Agent Small was looking into the disappearances, I'll ask if she has any lead but.. otherwise we can only hope they didn't get into any trouble. Maybe the Initiative will be able to tell us.

[considering for a moment..] Can't say, do you know who that are being affected worse?

[well since Riku normally uses video with John, you can bet this is suspicious!]

A few, I remember Agent Small asking about some earlier on the network but I didn't recognize the names. Seeing as more are disappearing though..

I suspect by the fact that the nightmares are about here in Exsilium?

I am. [there's a brief pause, the sound of some shuffling being heard] Yeah, I do have something that should do the job. You can find me at the clinic.

He was really good at his job, but I doubt they would have shipped him anywhere on short notice.

.. I've seen a few cases like that, yeah. The signs make it sound like hallucinations to me.

[every time john hears the voice of a teen it's hard, why they would bring a teen to war :( ]

By now I'm starting to learn if we want answers, we have to figure them out ourselves. The Initiative only help so far until they reach the line.

Agent Roslyn Small, she was part of the FBI.. she's been doing a job of gathering information during her time here. She's someone you can rely on.

[and she's very beautiful coughs. in any case, John is eyeing the video before giving a gesture towards it with his hand]

Oh, Roslyn. [ his voice is a bit lighter than normal. ] Yeah... we talked before.

he grits his teeth for a minute before turning the video feed on. yeah, he looks pretty awful; he's got bags under his eyes and he looks just... distant, overall. ]

[Well Raven's voice is a bit hoarse and it's hard to tell it's a teenage girl just from her voice. Also she's not fully human if that can make him feel better :)]

And they reach that line pretty quickly.

[A few minutes later, Osprey makes his way into the clinic, immediately scanning for any computers.] OK. I've got a compound I'm willing to bet my month's stipend on is the culprit for this. Which box do you want me to dump the info onto?

I have been having a few moments of absolute stupidity, yes. It seems to grow stronger when I stay within the Hold for longer than a few hours.

Jason's gone now, too.

[Needless to say, he sounds rather bummed.]
