I miss home. I know that's normal, I know - I know there's nothing that can be done about it. I try to keep that in mind so it won't get to me so much. Everyone is so nice and helpful, even with everything going on. I'm very thankful, and - I would like to think I have made some friends.

[There's a pause, and he sighs softly. He suddenly isn't sure why he decided to start this feed.]

It's weird... one of the things I miss the most is hearing my language. [a little exhale, followed by a contradictory smile.] I wasn't used to speaking English for so long until I came here.

... Are all of you from English-speaking countries?

Heh, yeah. But still... well, I don't know how much this'll help you, but if it wasn't the language, it'd be something else. At least you're in good company.

I guess you're right. [his smile isn't exactly contradictory, but it isn't exactly fond, either.] There is certainly a lot else to miss when you're away from home.

Hey, if you're calling it English, you've got one up on a lot of people around here, it sounds like.

It doesn't matter, anyway. Eventually you'll figure out that what's really important isn't so quick to change as languages or names.

Like people being pretty much the same wherever you go, for better or worse. So you're not quite there yet, huh?

Guess I'm not. People have been pretty nice here, though. [If you ignore the fact that someone almost killed him in the Outlands.]

That'd be their better side, yeah.

I guess there's no rush. You're here whether you're willing to get used to it or not.

We've got more than enough time, if nothing else.
