Sir, I'm not sure that's a promise I should keep. If you're going to be learning how to fight, you'll need to get used to getting hit.

I can offer padding and head-guards, though--I just don't want you to be completely blind-sided if someone who does want to badly hurt you decides to go for your face.

I'm not sick--well, not in the conventional sense.

I have to keep my eyes shut to give them further time to recover. I was exposed to gases and flares that temporarily blinded me.

I've never tried, but then I've never had a need to do so. Admittedly, if you're asking for my help in such an endeavor, I would only really be suitable to help you tune it.
