I have. Some when they attacked me, some in war. Only once out of deep personal hatred for the person, and he'd sent minions after me, so I felt comfortable returning the favor.

I also once poisoned an army, but it was nonfatal. Kept a lot of people from dying, although I'm sure some of them prayed for death while double-purging.
