[ Edgeworth would have preferred to make this broadcast voice only, or, indeed, not at all, but there are a couple of obligations that he must uphold. One is to reaffirm his identity, in case there are people out there who still believe him to be gone from this place. Another is to let everyone know where he stands on ... certain issues so that no-one can accuse him of shirking his responsibilities.

Of course, he's chosen to wait until half the Transports are on a mission to make his announcement, but he's hoping that people won't read too much into that. Or will they? It doesn't matter. Or so he hopes.

He clears his throat somewhat awkwardly, looking at the camera. ]

Good evening. I believe some of you may be familiar with me from the last time I was here. Before you all start asking me at once, yes, I do remember Exsilium, and I really did leave, only to return. That leads me to my next point: at this present time, I will not be resuming my work with the law here in this city. If you've any inquiries regarding this matter, please instead direct them to the lawyers working at the police station.

[ A pause for breath during which he breaks his gaze to briefly glance at something off-screen. ]

That being said, if anyone has any suggestions for keeping one's dog content and satisfied when she is required to live in an apartment, they ... would be taken under consideration.

[ the name attached to this account reads Haruka Takahashi,
and she is probably going to regret replying to this.
]

What's your routine, presently? That is, with your dog, feeding and exercise, play, that sort of thing.

Diet excluded for now, how does this compare to the lifestyle she's used to? That is, is she used to a larger home with a backyard, or a penthouse without other tenants? Accustomed to having other animals around, a hired trainer or caretaker, that sort of thing?

Even if you're spending more time with her now, she might feel dissatisfied if she's doing less than she's used to.

From the way it sounds to me, at least, she was more able to expend her energy gradually over the day before. Something like that isn't possible in apartments this size, so she might be more fussy and restless here.

So, I think in addition to your walks, or replacing one of them, you should take her to one of the Initiative's outdoor training areas and allow her the run around of the place. Or indoor, I suppose, if there's enough room for her to build up some speed, and doesn't have harsh flooring. Make a game of it for her, and as active as you can. Fetch, racing, agility jumps, that sort of thing.

If it's kept regular enough, and strenuous enough, it should help her behave during the lower energy points of the day. Though, giving her things to do around the apartment when you can't pay attention to her should help, too. If you haven't already, I mean.

[ Her first reaction to that is is he being sarcastic? But then, if he hasn't connected her with "girl who trips over leashes" ... ]

Now and then. I try to be, at least.

You have notes on me?

But only slightly.

Though, now I am curious as to your observations. Past and present, that is.

Well, my interest is biased towards that which concerns me. I can't deny something as plain as that.
