Probably - hell, you could probably find a ferro-rod starter somewhere. Or salvage one off a lighter that's not too worn down.

The tech level's decent - the maintenance most of it needs, on the other hand...

Managed to make it through with a lighter, but I'm not too keen on taking it apart if I can manage to refuel it.

I've been realizing, I'm coming into a fair amount of free time. Maintenance will keep me occupied.

You can probably get another one in the marketplace - those things tend to survive pretty well, and they're common. Whether any of them have butane left - crap shoot. Probably better luck if you're willing to dig through the ruins yourself.
