I don't really like doing that announcement thing, but since I'm her roommate... Snow White's gone home! Which is good, that means she's finally back with James, who's her total love at first sight wonderful husband and she has a daughter that maybe she'll get to see now so I'm happy for her. Right, and Al left too, but that was last month. Uh... a few others, but I don't really know the full list.

It makes me curious about something else, though. What do you guys do to show you remember and care about people who you'll probably never see again in this lifetime?

A few weeks, now. I wouldn't call myself settled in, just yet.

( Collette had been close to hanging up after breathing in to say hello when Lenalee's voice had come back over the line. She exhales, a soft "aah" as she does. )

You're doing pretty well, for a few weeks in! I'd say don't worry about the settling in, but really, that's kind of up to you. No one knows how long they'll be here for, or how short.

So she hasn't resorted to a sharp tongue and turning her thorns outward like some other people have— but she has to tiptoe into old, unwell memories to cite days which had felt to drag on this long, and that does embitter her somewhat.]

Does anyone know the circumstances under which people are "sent home", Collette?
