I don't really like doing that announcement thing, but since I'm her roommate... Snow White's gone home! Which is good, that means she's finally back with James, who's her total love at first sight wonderful husband and she has a daughter that maybe she'll get to see now so I'm happy for her. Right, and Al left too, but that was last month. Uh... a few others, but I don't really know the full list.

It makes me curious about something else, though. What do you guys do to show you remember and care about people who you'll probably never see again in this lifetime?

I think it appeared when we were celebrating El Dia de los Muertos. [a pause] No one's died here yet?

... Were you in Mexico before?

There's more than one sort of "died"?

No, no, we just celebrate holidays from around the world sometimes.

You know, died at home, died here, died on a mission, died and is the undead? There's some from each kind. No one of the Transports has permanently died here that I know of.

Oh! Oh, yeah, that makes sense. Celebrating a little bit of everything!

Humpty Dumpty sat on a wall, Humpty Dumpty had a great fall! All the Initiative's lab technicians and all the Initiative's medical persons managed to put Humpty Dumpty together again.

Sorry! It is kind of what happens, though. It was really good during that time when we had a bunch of people turn into zombies I guess? I was out of town then but I know it happened!

If I didn't have my memories of my parents back, I'd suspect I never left that last world... This place sounds just as twisted and cruel.

The Initiative is desperate. They're not all bad, they really aren't, but they do some things that aren't so great. So does the United Earth. I wouldn't say anyone looks perfect around here, but overall, it's not a horrific place of torture and torment designed to make us all miserable, either!
