[ Kuroh’s been here for a couple months now. He’s kept careful tabs on the network and made a few new friends, learned a few new things. Chief among them: People often ask their fellow Transports a really personal or philosophical question over the tablets for no other reason than to pass the time.

So. To demonstrate his totally admirable social skills--and also due to a recent pang of homesickness--he’s going to prove that he can fit in here. ]

[ Well everyone already knows that since this isn’t anonymous, but for the sake of politeness. ] I wonder, how many of you here also had teachers back home who were very important to you? I mean the sort who were just as much your family as your instructors. [ Oh no, he’s starting to look nostalgic. ] Those who taught you everything you know and loved you unconditionally.

For me, that was Ichigen Miwa. [ And with that, his normally quiet voice becomes a lot more emotional and excited. And...he reaches into his jacket pocket. Suddenly in his hand is a peculiar voice recorder. ] The late Colorless King, the wisest and most fair master anyone could ask for, whose inspired words of wisdom guide me to this very day! [ With a small click, Kuroh presses a button, and... ]

[ Exsilium, you’ve been treated to the soothing, poetic voice of a dead man. Sorry, was Kuroh expressing interest in other people’s teachers earlier? No more. His cheeks are a bit flushed and one can practically see the sparkles in the atmosphere. ] And there you have it! Not a day goes by when I don’t--

[ Oops, and then he bumps the tablet with his free hand, and the feed is cut off. And thank god because he was showing no signs of stopping. ]

[ ooc note: this is before he learns of Certain Castmates’ arrival. Shiro, the fanboy's probably in the apartment. ]

Oh, no, not always. But since he was given the power of prophecy, I would record his voice whenever possible.

[ like picture him literally following the guy around with his recorder, that's probably close to being accurate... ]

[There's a small 'heh' stated at the end of that sentence. Clearly, he's decided to have a little fun with this guy.]

[ Rude! Good thing he lives with a guy with the exact same opinion. He is ready for you people

So he gives a light scoff in response. ] Think that, if you want. I wouldn't expect others to understand.

Pretty sure I don't want to understand that kind of stalking. You got a crush on the guy?

[As long as they're having this conversation, Yuri is just going to push the bounds... because it's fun to do that.]

[ Kuroh's face tenses with indignation. Wow. What on earth would give anyone that impression? ]

Don't be ridiculous! He was like a father to me.

[jailbreaks]

[Just as planned. Hoo boy, people are fun to mess with, but let's not disgrace this boy's father figure too much. Though it's clear to Yuri how much he looks up to him.]

Can't say I know too many people who follow their father figures around and record their voice.

[He was about to say it's pretty cheesy stuff, but he knows a few people who'd find those words to be really touching. Sadly, things like 'dreams' are lost on Yuri.

Also, Yuri only takes insulting so far. There is a limit.]

[ He blinks a couple times before continuing. ] I'm not aware of any others. But how many father figures do you know who could tell the future?

None, but then again I don't believe any future but the one I carve for myself.

[So that's his opinion on that, apparently. He's not impressed by it.]

[ He gives a thoughtful look. ] Is that so?

How is that working out for you? [ He's not being judgmental; if anything, he sounds legitimately curious. The Black Dog may have ulterior motives for asking, though. ]

Going well so far. Better than sitting around all day and hoping things will get better.

[Minus being stabbed by a yandere knight, but he was halfway expecting that to happen at some point. Just not on a 200 story building and being thrust off of it into the waters below...]
