[ Kuroh’s been here for a couple months now. He’s kept careful tabs on the network and made a few new friends, learned a few new things. Chief among them: People often ask their fellow Transports a really personal or philosophical question over the tablets for no other reason than to pass the time.

So. To demonstrate his totally admirable social skills--and also due to a recent pang of homesickness--he’s going to prove that he can fit in here. ]

Good afternoon. This is Kuroh Yatogami. [ Well everyone already knows that since this isn’t anonymous, but for the sake of politeness. ] I wonder, how many of you here also had teachers back home who were very important to you? I mean the sort who were just as much your family as your instructors. [ Oh no, he’s starting to look nostalgic. ] Those who taught you everything you know and loved you unconditionally.

For me, that was Ichigen Miwa. [ And with that, his normally quiet voice becomes a lot more emotional and excited. And...he reaches into his jacket pocket. Suddenly in his hand is a peculiar voice recorder. ] The late Colorless King, the wisest and most fair master anyone could ask for, whose inspired words of wisdom guide me to this very day! [ With a small click, Kuroh presses a button, and... ]

[ Exsilium, you’ve been treated to the soothing, poetic voice of a dead man. Sorry, was Kuroh expressing interest in other people’s teachers earlier? No more. His cheeks are a bit flushed and one can practically see the sparkles in the atmosphere. ] And there you have it! Not a day goes by when I don’t--

[ Oops, and then he bumps the tablet with his free hand, and the feed is cut off. And thank god because he was showing no signs of stopping. ]

[ ooc note: this is before he learns of Certain Castmates’ arrival. Shiro, the fanboy's probably in the apartment. ]

Yes, I believe I hit it by mistake. When I don't reflect on how lucky I was that he took me in.

Good thing he doesn't even notice. These fanboy spells are like an altered state of consciousness, really.

But he's knocked back down to reality when he hits his tablet, and he's putting it back on the table when Shiro asks his super rude question. ]

Well after I was freed..Uhm..I met one of my tribe members and he became my mentor. He helped me improve my fighting skills more better.

I guess you can call him a teacher. [Her face never changes expression, even after Kuroh shows the voice recorder. She had no idea what that is..]

There are seven Kings. Each has his own color, beginning with Silver and Gold and going down to the Colorless. They are bestowed with great powers which they can share with their Clan.

He scoots on over to Kuro's tablet, maybe to peek at it and help him set up the recording again? But oh well. It's done and posted. Too late. He shrugs. ]

[ Heeey, she remembers that face! Asami watches the recording and intends to respond for the sake of dropping in. It ends abruptly, but she thinks she has the gist of it. ]

Sounds like a swell guy. The relationships I had with my teachers were pretty impersonal, so I'm a little envious of you!

Of course I still have it. Even here, I need Ichigen-sama's guidance. [ Pause. ] Especially here. [ He looks over at Shiro, a little bit of a challenge in his eyes...and maybe a little bit of something else. Something less certain. ]

[ Ah and of course he remembers her! It's been a while at this point, but that's not a situation one forgets.

So, he responds with a smile, filled with no small amount of pride. ] He really was amazing. My life wouldn't have been the same without him. [ oops we've still got some creepy fanboyism going, sorry.

But he does remember his original question, which she did answer! So: ] Impersonal? [ sad :c ] What sort of things were you taught... [ peering at responders' names ] ...Sato-san?

[ Awwwww he's so touched :c ] ...Thank you.

[ And that, for once, sounds to him like a good place to leave it. After a short pause: ]

What about you? [ I mean he doubts highly that anyone was as fortunate as him to have someone like Ichigen but it's polite ??? ]

Yes!!! Wonderful, isn't it? I recorded his sayings at every opportunity.

[It's true! She thinks he's so very awesome!!]

Oh yes, I had a wonderful teacher growing up. His is Doctor Tot, and he taught me almost everything I know!

... Casually's an interesting word to put there, isn't it? But you might as well enjoy your walk.
