Alternate timelines and a mission right off the bat. And apparently it's science and not magic. [ That one she's still querying. She hasn't seen science like this ] I guess I'm glad I hadn't expected a quiet... life. Not with war mentioned. [ Stating the obvious again, Emma ]

So, I guess now that everyone's back to how they were before this? [ Would you even know if you weren't? No. Don't ask that ]

Right. [ She did have an actual question, too ] Does anyone know how to use a sword? [ Just throw it out there, that's how you do it ] I guess if I'm supposed to use it I should learn how to use it.

( Snow White )
Hey. How are you doing? [ Do you remember me, mommy? ]

Well, it is always good to keep your feet moving. You can easily be overbalanced and knocked down if you try to stand firm, but your opponent is stronger. Practice as often as you can, so your wrist can easily support the weight of your blade, and you can make your movements faster, and more fluid. Ehm, I have a short sword, which is better for stabbing than slicing, so that is my preferred attack and may not suit you if you carry a sword of the Big Folk.

Yes, such does not surprise me. You would find better help learning from someone your own size, I should think. I was taught by someone much taller than myself, but he was a very great swordsman, so I believe he could have taught anybody, while I am less suited to do so.

[Oh, he likes her!]

Then I'm glad I could be of service to you in some fashion!
