[This is the first time Lena's made a post of her own, and she looks nervous. For any who haven't met her yet, she looks like your average teenage girl, albeit with one vivid green eye and one gold eye. Probably not too unusual around these parts, though.]

Hi. My name's Lena and--

[She hesitates, sighs, and looks away from the camera for a moment.]

And I was hoping I could get some help? I have this staff from the armory, and I'm not sure how to do stuff with it.

[So clear, this girl.]

I mean, I can do... lots of things. I have powers. I know that's not big news around here, but I was wondering how to use the staff with them, because back home I don't need anything to channel it. But this weapon's supposed to adapt to me? Or something. So I figured it might help.

[She gives the camera a self-deprecating smile.]

Sometimes my powers can be a little unpredictable. That's why I was wondering if anyone could help teach me how to use the staff? Please let me know.

[She's about to turn off the camera, but then she remembers something and the image shakes for a moment.]

Oh, and I don't mind using my powers to help out anybody who needs it. Back home I had to keep it hidden, so it's kind of nice to not have to do that here. Umm, I can control the elements, levitate stuff, create things... Just ask and I'll see if I can help.

Well... when I train with my whip, I basically concentrate on what I want it to do. It's... a little easier to say than do at first, though. I've been wanting to experiment with changing its element nature too.

As long as I don't blow anything up, I can try it your way. But what's its "element nature?"

If you're worried about blowing something up, you could try training away from the facility. My friend trains away from others a lot of the time too, since his magic can be pretty destructive.

[ She didn't know how good the training facility's durability was, but her friend was capable of leveling a city - soooooooooooo, better to err on the side of caution. ]

It's natural element is water.

Yeah that makes sense. And it sounds like a good idea for me too.

And what do you want to change it to?

Hm. Fire, to start. Since I don't have any magic to cast elemental spells like that, a whip that can change elemental abilities would be pretty useful.

It would, yeah. I wish I could help, but I can just... do things. I can't teach them. I can control the elements, though.

That's all right, I have a friend who's been helping me with my magic. I know someone here who can manipulate all four elements though - maybe she'd be able to help you too? Her name is Korra.

Oh, I know Korra. We had a snowball fight. But I'm guessing our powers don't have the same origins, so it wouldn't be something I could learn from her.

Hrm. I don't think you're going to find anyone else with the same origins, unless you meet someone else from your world. I thought since you both control multiple elements, it might be close enough to work.

No, I guess not.

[She thinks.]
