How many people celebrate Christmas here? Or Hanukkah? and on that note, is anyone doing anything on the 25th?

It's also selfish, too. The idea of being able to feel normal for a little bit is massively appealing to her. Plus, there are certain people ~~Syla~~r she's considering using it on if worse comes to worse.

I'm afraid I've never celebrated either of those, or heard of them for that matter. Are they some sort of holiday?

I know about Christmas and its traditions but I'm Buddhist and I celebrate Loy Krathong primarily. Sadly, I can't tell if there's a full moon or not so I have to guess.

yeah the constant cloud cover makes that a little hard.

I don't know much about Buddhism. what's Loy Krathong?

I've been hearing people celebrate a lot of different shit. Fortunately I've been stockpiling materials that I can use to make almost anything someone would want for the holidays.

Unfortunately if we want a Christmas tree for the apartment, it's gonna be something straight outta Charlie Brown.

I do Christmas. Usually that means it's the one of two days out of the year I show up at church and try not to give the pastor a heart attack by confessing all my sins at once. Then I go see my dad.

that sounds oddly familiar.

I don't think there are any pastors here though. so you're probably safe from continuing that tradition.
