What an unfortunate turn of events lately. It's such a pity the Initiative was not there to diligently protect us from a most unexpected undead apocalypse. I see they have yet to implement this, though. You'd think they put more capable commanders in charge, but it's not my place to judge, now is it?

It depends on what you wish to conjure. Summoning is a delicate art, easily fumbled. A proper teacher is a necessity for that sort of thing.
