Well isn't this just nice and cosy? Not exactly where I want to be but isn't it always so delightful when someone intervenes with your life without any permission and dumps you in the middle of war to play bloody tin soldiers?

[There's a slight huff of frustration.] Look, I'm not really up for the whole fighting side of things, I much prefer watching from the sidelines. Blood is always so hard to get out and it's rare to find a descent dry cleaner in a warzone. I'm afraid you've definitely got the wrong bloke here. Forgive me if I don't plan to stick around.

So, if anyone out there can kindly point me to the nearest exit, I will be most grateful. If not, I'll settle for the nearest place to get a descent drink.

How exactly do we aid them? Is it strictly all warfare? Because I doubt I'm going to be an expert in that field.

There are a number of options available to us - from support roles to promised diplomatic ones. I have yet to take on any missions, but you are either free to do so at your will or find a job that does not involve fighting on those we are forced to go on.

No secret option that leads you out of these parts, then? Shame, I don't fancy wasting my vacation time doing odd jobs for the war effort.

All of us have things we would much rather be doing. That does not change our situation.

Has anyone even tried a rebellion?

There have been rumors of trying such a thing, yes. [ Her hair curls testily around her, her expression deepening into a frown. ] But organizing such a thing has obviously proved to be a task beyond most here. The Initiative seems to only wish for a level of cooperation - but they have yet to prove that they can enforce widespread law over the Imports.

I would advise any seeking that route to learn if it is because they lack the means or are withholding it before any serious attempt is made.

So the short answer is no? No one has tried to overthrow and attack the people that stole them from their lives and put them in a war? [Humans... really? Come on.] Nothing ventured, nothing gained.

There have been talk of doing such a thing, however. I am sure if you asked someone will eventually direct you to what you seek.
