It's kind of pretty, in a destructive way... I've always loved traveling, and ruins are some of my favorite things to look at and there's no end to that here. The lands beyond the city aren't too shabby to explore either, and there's amazing animals there! Some of them even top what I've seen back home. I guess I'm adapting pretty well? You learn to when you're a Trainer.

[... Oh, that text though. He knows two of the names, but it's not in the same way she knows them.]

I know two of those names! Aladdin has a magic lamp, and Alibaba's the king of thieves! They're probably not the same people you're looking for, since those are stories I heard when I was younger, but it's kind of cool you know people with such legendary names. I'm Hilbert, by the way, what's your name?

[Wow this dude talked a lot, didn't he. Sort of like Aladdin.. She though with a small bit of humor. Hilbert would be met with Morgiana's usually impassive expression and once he was done, she gives a firm nod to let him know that she had heard everything. A part of her though was curious as to what he meant by trainer. It could of meant lots of things but she had no clue as to what.]

My name is Morgiana. [She introduces herself quietly. Said fanalis teen couldn't help but be disappointed that while he did know the names he only knew them because of legends.]

It's nice to meet you, Morgiana! I hope you find your friends. I'll look out for them too, since I've already found two people I know from home here. What do they look like? If they're as unique as you, they'll be easy to spot!

[Not even in Unova do you see such bright red! It's actually really pretty. She's kind of pretty, too.]

Uhm..T-Thank you. [The only signs that his words had gotten to her had been the slight redness that spread over her cheeks. She was unique? Well.. that was a first.]

Uhm..my first friend Aladdin has a long braid and a turban wrapped around his head and the other has blonde hair. The third friend has a burn mark on the right side of his face. [She would of drawn something for Hilbert as an example of what their appearance was but she didn't have any paper on her.]

[Ah, the slight blush made her even cuter.]

I'm guessing you probably won't see one without the other, huh? In any of the cases... I'll be sure to keep an eye out for them. Did you come from a deserty kind of place? Since your friend seem to have come from there, given his name and choice of hatwear.

[His home had a desert too, but it wasn't natural. And there wasn't any turbans, but hardhats because a route was under development. But in his stories there were plenty of them.]

Thank you very much Hilbert. I appreciate the help. [She gives a small bow to the pokemon trainer, red eyes locked on the other intently. On her face was now a very warm smile that was aimed to the other.]

Ah..Yes..something like that. [It was still taking a lot of time for Morgiana to realize that they were from different dimensions. She never thought that could be possible.] My world isn't as technology advanced as..this place. It took me forever to use this..tablet..? I think that's what they call it.

Also..if I might ask what did you mean by trainer? [She couldn't help it she was curious.]

[He nods in understanding, and grins at her question.]

A Trainer is someone who captures and battles with Pokémon, which are creatures of all shapes and sizes that inhabit my world. Pokémon aren't just used for battling though, some people breed them and others use them in Musicals, which are my home's version of the Contests in other regions. Contests are something way different though. A lot of Pokémon are pets too, family companions, so there's really no limit to what they're capable of! They even help out in research.

[He pauses to think, then decides just to show off his own Pokémon. First, however, he shows her the Poké Ball.]

Pokémon are captured in these balls. They come in all sorts of varieties, but the most used ones are the Poké Ball, the Great Ball, and the Ultra Ball. Some of them do extra things, like heal the wild Pokémon that's caught or raise its initial friendliness, but those are specially made and cost more. And what's inside this one is my friend Eeks, who I traded a girl for. I got him recently, but he's very dependable.

[Aaand out comes the Rotom! He'll let it all sink in and wait for questions if she's got any so far.]

[Throughout Hilbert's explanation Morgiana face is still blank as ever but there are questions swarming on the look in her eyes. It was like she wanted to ask him so many things but she was holding back. His world sounded really amazing. She wished she could of been able to see it herself. Sadly though she figured that would be impossible.]

Hmm..[At the sight of the Rotom the fanali's face turns into surprise as she squints to take a better look. It was so strange looking. This was a pokemon? Having the chance to see one before her very eyes was absolutely breathtaking.] How many of these..pokemon are there?

Man, there's got to be almost seven-hundred by now... And a lot more yet to be discovered, too. That's my job. But you've got to have more questions that though, come on! I can even take a list and I'll work through them. Do you want to know how battling works or anything like that?

[He knows the look of curiosity and wonder in any pair of eyes, and he's always prided himself in being able to coax out the shiest of Dwebble from their shells. Besides, if she's from a different world she's got to have more than that.]

[Seven hundred!? She gives a blink of disbelief, fingers brushing away some red strands from her face. There is that many pokemon..? Her gaze suddenly breaks from Hilbert as she ponders on what to say.]

No..that's alright. [While his world was indeed fascinating she wasn't sure that she could soak in all the information in one go. He had said so much before that most of it had left her utterly confused.] Thank you for telling me of your world though.

If you're sure... I'm open to questions whenever you've got them, Morgiana. I love to teach. So it's no problem.

[It's nice to be able to talk about his world. But he's curious too, and leans in to his tablet as Eeks flies around in the background.]

Do you mind telling me about your world? I'd love to know more about you.

[She had a feeling Hilbert would ask her that. Her gaze breaks down to her lap as she ponders on what to say.] Where I come from..my place isn't as advanced as this. I suppose you can say it's still a developing world. We are ruled by queens and kings and there are places that are very poverty stricken.

[Her eyes trail to stare at something that can't be caught by the camera's view and her face gets blanker by the minute.] I'm not sure if you know what this is but slavery of humans in my world is perfectly normal. People with money and status can do what they want. [Feeling that this talk was going a bit more in the depressing side she switches to other things to hopefully ease out of it.]

Besides that..there are places that are really pretty. Lots of animals big and wide, a variety of plants and food. There are lots of celebrations too. Before I was sent here I was on a journey to go back to my homeland from where I was born. It was a promise to my benefactor. [Just now it would take a bit more longer for her to her destination.]

[Ah... Her world sounds like something you'd hear about in history. Not just with the slavery and the like, but the beauty in it too. Like a storybook for sure. Hilbert's smile softens.]

It sounds like quite a world, the bad things aside. Kings and queens, huh... I knew a king once, but it was more proclaimed by a group than anything. He's one of my friends here and is kind-hearted.

[He wonders if N'd like to meet her. Maybe, maybe not.]

What's your homeland like? And I guess coming here from such a pretty-sounding world with celebrations and whatnot would pretty much shock anyone. I'm pretty new myself, but I wouldn't mind helping if you asked.

My homeland..? [She rubs her cheek as she stares at her lap silently.] It's beautiful. There are big animals all over trees, lots of fruit. The people are nice. The name of my homeland is called Katagro. It has another alias by the name of The Dark Continent.

I- I don't really remember much of my birthplace. I have no idea if it changed over the years or not. [It's obvious there is hesitation on her face as she speaks.] Uhm..I was taken away from my mother and father when I was young and..[Here is where she trails off awkwardly. Even though she didn't exactly say the reason it was obvious that it hadn't been a good thing. And with the information Morgiana gave Hilbert it wouldn't have taken the other long enough to figure out why.]

[Definitely not long, evident by the shocked look he gives her. It turns into one of anger though, and he frowns. Taking a kid from their homeland, their family, and putting them into slavery? Just thinking about it worsens his mood.

He tries to at least neutralize his expression though, even if it isn't working too well. Hilbert's a kind guy and this sort of stuff gets to him.]

I see. I think you'll reach you dream, Morgiana. You seem like a capable girl, especially having gone through that, so you'll definitely reach Katagro someday. I just wish I could help somehow. Thank you for telling me, it seems hard to talk about.

[Though he is interested in The Dark Continent thing.]

So, why do they call it The Dark Continent? It sounds beautiful.

[Oh..she hadn't expected Hilbert to look so angry! Had that been her fault? She fidgets on the bed and then eventually sends the pokemon trainer a glance that has 'I'm sorry' written all over it. Eventually her face turns into a flustered expression as she brushes some bangs away from her face.] Ah..T-Thank you, Hilbert. You don't need to do anything. I've managed this far and fought against people on my own strength. Just knowing you are cheering me on will help.

[At this Morgiana gives a small shrug.] I really don't know to be honest. And yes..it is beautiful. I miss it. I wonder how much it has changed over the years. [Hopefully not too much.] In my hometown there is a hunting tribe called 'The Fanalis' They are people with incredible superhuman strength. They can destroy metal with kicks of their legs or defeat enemies with a simple punch. All fanalis members have red eyes and red hair. [Here is where Morgiana couldn't help but be prideful of where she came from and it showed in the tone of her voice.]

[Oh no, she mistook his anger! It's at the people who did it, not her, and he sends her an apologetic look back before succumbing to amazement. So, Morgiana's a fanalis, which means she can do all that!]

Wow... So you're pretty and strong. That's really cool! I'm impressed, Morgiana, you're really something else. You'll have no problem getting your way with power like that.

[Yes, that is undisguised admiration in his voice. Seriously, all he can do is battle really well with Pokémon ~~and make friends pretty easily~~. That's really amazing to him.]

[Oh, OH. Shes not sure of how to take admiration from someone. He also complimented her!! If possible the redness that was on her cheeks deepen even more to match the color of her hair and eyes. Way to go Hilbert you made her blush.]

I- I'm not that pretty.. Uhm..Thank you though. [What a liar Morgiana >:|]

You're even prettier when you blush... I'm getting ahead of myself though! Do you know anyone else from the tribe? They sound amazing.

[~~Hilbert pls.~~ You are going to make her embarrassed! A hand came up to sheepishly rub at her reddened cheeks and she was thankful for the slight change of topic. She still wasn't used to the idea that someone thought of her as pretty.]

Uhm..I've only ever met one other Fanalis. And that was after I had been freed from being a slave. His name is Masrur. He helped me train to improve my fighting skills. [She was grateful that her clan member had gone out of his way to be her instructor.]

Is he your benefactor?

[Is it wrong to assume this guy's a Fanalis > Morgiana trained under him > he must want her to get home? That's how it works out in his world more or less.]

Masrur? No..Hes not my benefactor. Someone else is. Hes..dead though. [From a certain dungeon clearing incident which she would not talk about because it brought back bad memories.]

Before he passed on I promised him I would finish my goal to return to my homeland. [And Morgiana is going to do everything in her power to keep that promise.] It would of been nice if I could see your world..It sounds..[She struggles for the word, face blank.] Nice.

[Ah... It's pretty bad that her benefactor's dead, and with that promise she's got a long road ahead. She seems pretty determined to do it though - something Hilbert respects and admires a lot.]

I'm sorry he's not with you anymore. You'll definitely make it to your homeland though, once everything's good here, and I wish I could see it with you. It sounds beautiful. [And he grins a little, gently.] As for mine... I actually have a map on me, if you want to see it sometime.

If it's alright would you want to meet? And not just talk in this..uhm..video? [Her eyebrows furrowed together as she tries to remember the word.] I would like to see this map up close. [And of course just hang out with Hilbert.]

I think that's what it called. I'm still not used to the magic in this world. It's all brand new to me. [By magic she meant the technology. Even though she had figured out how to get the video function to work all the other options were still confusing.]

[He is visibly excited you have no idea how happy this makes him.]

I'd love to meet! I'd feel kind of weird inviting you to my room, or going to your place, so... Let's grab something to eat too. I'm sure you're hungry trying to get used to all of this, and there are some neat restaurants despite the state of this place.
