As much as I dislike posing a question that has doubtless been asked countless times before - has anyone considered going directly to the leadership of the Initiative for answers? Or, as a less ambitious goal, discovered who - or what - leads the fraction we have no choice but to side with?

Furthermore, this place seems ill-suited for those with any inclination away from pointless violence. I ask if anyone has any experience with politics or diplomacy to share what options you have found here.

Correct - though how honest one assumes they will be is to be determined on a personal level.

The stuff they told us so far seems pretty accurate.

Yet they cannot offer us proof that what their words are true, and I am hesitant to act on false assumptions.

Well... I dunno. My friend got here before I did, and she said they really did go on a mission. I mean, maybe they could still be lying, but isn't that enough proof?

A mission does not indicate that we are truly doing it for our own benefit, or for the benefit of our own worlds.

But it's gotta be helping their world, right?
