As much as I dislike posing a question that has doubtless been asked countless times before - has anyone considered going directly to the leadership of the Initiative for answers? Or, as a less ambitious goal, discovered who - or what - leads the fraction we have no choice but to side with?

Furthermore, this place seems ill-suited for those with any inclination away from pointless violence. I ask if anyone has any experience with politics or diplomacy to share what options you have found here.

Incompetence from those who say they only wish to help serves to harm their cause more than aid it. To think nothing has been done.

For the most part, we fend for ourselves.

An attempt to pacify then, as if they wish to use the carrot rather than the stick. Which will only mean trouble for us all if they decide to change.

Each Inhuman undergoes a process called Terrigenesis upon the beginning of adulthood - it grants each of us unique abilities and allows us to serve in the manner best for us.

The process is mandatory?

For those of pure Inhuman genes, yes. No one would think of refusing Terrigenesis.

The effects are all unique?

Correct. My sister has the ability to manipulate the elements, one of my cousins can detect the weakness in anything, and my husband could not speak for fear of destroying us all.
