Um, hello, everyone.
[He sounds a bit uncertain. Possibly because he’s never talked into a magical piece of paper that will supposedly connect him to dozens of others who’ve been brought here to save a world they’ve never heard of before.]
I, um – I was told that this is the way to contact everyone brought here by the Initiative, like me. My name is Med’an, and…I’m one of the new guys here, I guess.
[This is awkward. What do you say to strangers you’ll be fighting alongside? Wait, he’s done this before…sort of. He marshals his inner hero.]
I – I may not be very experienced in war, but I will help. It’s my duty, back home, and…now it is here too. So – I look forward to working with everyone. Good day.
[That sounded good! Very heroic and professional. And then there’s a few moments of fumbling around trying to turn the magical paper off.]

"Captors' blood"? But....they're not our captors - I mean, they sort of are, I guess...but they're doing this to help their world. They need our help.
[Guess who is kind of gullible and believes whatever is told to him?]
permavideo;
That they do, but most tend to see it as not their fight.

It's been a while. A long while, since their brief meeting.
Thrall tugs his hood back, displaying his wrinkled face and prominent tusks. Looks like Thrall isn't the only green one here anymore.]
Med'an?
[He might just be a kid, but their chances just got a whole lot better.]

thralls ballsTHATS THE WARCHIEF ON HIS MAGIC PAPER. Although they've never really been introduced, Med'an can recognize him. Who can't? Man, this day is exciting. ]Warchief Thrall! It's - an honor to speak to you! [He feels like he should bow, but without knowing how to use video it won't really do much...]
You've been brought here to help, too?
video;
This world is in dire need of help. I have my doubts about their methods even so. Not only have they taken us against our will, but they are using time as their weapon. There have been... side-effects. [He's surprised Nozdormu himself hasn't come out to yell at them.]

Well met, Med'an. If I may ask, what do you know of war?
[ It's best to gauge it now and work on his skills than wait until another disaster strikes, she supposed. ]
[audio]
Well met, my lady. I...I've fought to protect the world. Although you probably haven't... I mean, you probably haven't heard about it, or anything. It was - sort of secret.
[...that probably doesn't sound very impressive. IT WAS, OK. HE FOUGHT A GINORMOUS OGRE. Oh wait, maybe he should namedrop the ogre, that will help.]
Have you heard of the ogre Cho'gall? Of the Twilight's Hammer?
[ video ]
Oh, please call me Cairistiona or Knight Vyeth, if you must. I'm flattered that you would refer to me as a lady. [ She likes kids and is touched that he called her a lady. ]
[...] Is that right? Why would your deeds be covered up? They should be honored.
[ The name is familiar to her, even if it's just a memory at this point. ]
Yes, I have. A group of heroes went in and killed him in the Bastion of the Twilight, correct?

But I want to fight. I mean, I want to help.

Me? I'm not fighting for these Initiative guys. I'm fighting to keep the Transports safe.

[ Although it is leaving Azeroth in poor shape. ]
The discussion of war can wait for another time. Tell me of your studies. I am the most eager to hear of them.
audio
And no bad guys like Deathwing or Arthas right]Jaina! It's good to see you again! [Wags tail.] My studies have been wonderful. I love working as a paladin.
[He pauses. Speaking of paladins, and since he's already met Thrall, Jaina and a death knight...] Is uncle here?
forever video on her end, audio on his end until state otherwise because SUBJECT LINES
[ At least she speaks fondly of him. ] The battle in Icecrown has hit a pressing point, but ah... That sort of thing is 'history' in this land. Have you not heard of the latest news of Azeroth?

It's my job to protect people. Don't you have people like that on your world?

It does sound sort of convenient. I mean, being able to just open up a scroll and talk to someone.
